Hello everyone! I am Lavinia and I’m a new studyblr.

I’m 19 and i’m italian! I just finished high school and in september i have a test to enter university (Accademia delle belle Arti) to study art.

2017 monthly desktop wallpapers (in white)

I am honestly astonished at the amount of feedback and support I received from posting my first set of desktop wallpapers! Within that feedback was a few requests for a white background and black text version, so I’ve made that happen! You can download each month as a JPEG file from the link below!

Once they’re downloaded, head to your control panel (PC) or system preferences (mac) to change your desktop background.

I hope you enjoy using these and if so, I’d love to see them in action! Feel free to tag me #emmastudies in any photos you upload. Whilst I intended these to be for your computer, you can print them and stick them up on a wall or make into a desk calendar! If there are any problems or errors, please let me know via my inbox.

The Ivy Lee Method for Peak Productivity

At the end of each day, write down the six things you need to accomplish tomorrow. Do not write down more than six tasks and they can be anything. You choose.

Prioritise those six items in order of their true importance.

Tomorrow when you wake up and are fed and ready concentrate only on the first task. Work until the first task is finished before moving on to the second task.

Approach the rest of your list in the same fashion. At the end of the day, move any unfinished items to a new list of six tasks for the following day.

Repeat this process every day.

i swear these lil focusing/productivity tips are for people who already have willpower made of steel and just need the tiniest nudge to get them to study or whatever. “place a sweet at the end of every paragraph to motivate you and reward you for finishing that section of reading!” i could just eat them all though. right now. i will. “here’s an app where a tree grows when you leave it undisturbed, but dies when you keep checking all your other apps!”
