If you are struggling with chronic pain, it’s okay to talk about it.

A lot of people don’t understand chronic pain, largely, I think, because they can’t see it. It’s similar to the lack of understanding of mental illnesses.

Chronic pain, for many who experience it, is a big part of your life. And it makes sense that someone would talk about an issue they deal with every day.
