Why am I here again? Why am I in this place... I am spiraling down and down within my own mind, thinking such terrible thoughts that make no sense. I am not a bad person. I am not a bad mother. So why do I feel like I’m fooling myself saying those things? My chest feels heavy and tight and burdened. I wish I could release these things. What are these dark spaces in my mind? Why do they hide in the tiniest crevices and then spread out in all directions when I least expect it? I feel so terrible that I don’t even care how well this is written. And that is pretty low for me.
