Shadow was hard for me to draw at first. I noticed that in all my early sketches, his spines, highlights, and shoes would always be different sizes. It was getting annoying so I figured I'd search for a character turnaround. I found two that helped (Team Sonic Racing and the Toonboom rig by Aixa) but I wanted something a little different. Longer torso, slightly smaller hands and feet, a colour change, etc. So, going off of Sonic's turnaround for Dream Team, I smashed this overly detailed reference sheet together. T'was about half a week of straining my back while bent over my tablet and forgetting to eat. His shoe bottom was the most painful; I had no choice but to simplify it. Damn air shoes. Please forgive them for not being 100% game-accurate. But anyway, that's about it. Enjoy! And reblogs are always appreciated.
