So the tl;dr: is that I'm essentially locked out of this account save mobile bc I'm still logged in there. But, even before that, I disappeared. That’s on me. The tendency to self isolate when low is one I’ve never been able to totally kick. I’m trying but that’s no excuse and I very sincerely apologize to anyone I left hanging. Made a new account @ersoing - there's literally nothing there yet save a couple shit posts (bc of course) - but at least for now, I'm still sort of around on this handle too. so, in case you haven’t heard of Stormfront (here’s the tumblr post about it), I figured it was worth posting here so people can be aware of their actual tactics:

notice shit like “this isn’t about anti-whites, use them to humiliate them and make them look bad” and “winning isn’t important”. this is why i say not to argue with fascists, at least, not seriously. if you do, argue with them calmly at first and post sources and all that shit to prove that you’ve got facts and reasoning on your side for the sake of others who will read it, and under no circumstances let them piss you off or upset you. then, once you’ve made your point well enough, just start fucking with them back. don’t make the mistake of thinking arguing with fascists is a debate; it’s all for show, all about who can make the other one look worse. so it’s vital that you point out how fucking inane their talking points are, yes, but it’s also vital that you let them (and everyone else) know that you Are Not Taking Them Seriously. Because you shouldn’t, no one should. You don’t have to prove that human beings deserve rights and racism is wrong. As soon as you start to treat them as equals in debate on the topic of human rights, you inadvertently let them gain ground that should never be surrendered.

Their “white genocide” argument is the biggest pile of rhetorical garbage. They basically state that because white people are having fewer kids and that more white people are having kids with people of color: white people will one day cease to exist. Not only is that not how any of that works, it is very unlikely that there will ever not be white people, and the reason children of mixed-race couple aren’t white is because the definition of white is constructed in opposition to and for the oppression of people of color.

Anyway, they call this demographic shift genocide. I pointed out to one of these jackasses that a decrease in relative population as a result of intentional and consensual choices is not genocide. They asked “is it really not as bad just because the means are different?” To which I gave the easiest “yes” I’ve given in my life.

So yeah, the “white genocide” isn’t genocide at all. Also, white supremacists actively organize for genocide, which seems like a contradiction until you realize their entire ideology is built upon cowardice, self-interest, and hypocrisy.

Do you know how many dogs I’ve met that get scared or anxious around men because in their previous home men hit them? A lot, and they are very protective of the women who have adopted them now.

Men who are violent towards women are often violent towards animals as well. They think we’re all chattel. If a man wants you to choose between your dog or cat or him, dump the guy. Those animals will love you for the rest of your life, loyal and true.

Actually, I have something to add.

The other day I saw a story where a woman was asking why her dogs had suddenly started growling at her boyfriend whenever he was in the same room as her son.

And my immediate thought was ‘that boyfriend has hurt the kid somehow.’

Spoilers: that was exactly the case.

The first time my sister came to visit, via plane, after I got my dog, pupper growled at her and wouldn’t go near her for the first day. Next visit was by car (two day drive)and pupper LOVED my sister. They snuggled and played and none of us could figure out why the change. We thought maybe the scent of my sisters cat had lingered on her clothes, making that first visit a rough one. Whereas when she came by car, the scent had had time to wear off. Well that was partially true…

Fast forward about six months when I went north to visit my family. My sister walked into my parents’ house and pupper ran to greet my sister. Stopped dead in her tracks and started growling and barking. Hackles raised, full protection mode. My sisters husband had just walked in behind her.

My precious puppy wanted NOTHING to do with him. She barked, growled, ran away, and sat between him and my sister. Y'all my dog had spent maybe a weekend a half around my sister but protected her like this was her flesh and blood.

Eventually, my sister filed for divorce on grounds of “Extreme and repeated mental, emotional, and sexual abuse.” Divorce was final in less than a month because her claims were substantiated.

Trust the dog, honey. They KNOW.

I’ve never owned dogs, but I used to work with horses (which are a lot like big dogs).

There was this one horse I worked with named Tonto. He was a doll. He followed me like a puppy, snuck treats out of my pocket, he was the sweetest thing. We were practically inseparable.

A guy I was considering dating came to visit me one day, and Tonto wanted NOTHING to do with him. Normally well behaved, he shoved himself between us and would NOT let this guy near me. He was stomping, acting really aggressive, and tried to bite the guy. This horse was practically dragging me back toward the barn. At that moment, despite being like, 17, I knew something was up, and ultimately things didn’t pan out for guy and me.

A year later I found out he had lied about his age (he said he was 18 but he was actually 27) he was arrested for sexually assaulting an 11 year old girl.
