i just feel like the wilds s2 would’ve been so much better if they had done what bly manor did and had like one ep dedicated only to the boys and introduced their time on the island and what occurred (maybe the first ep would’ve been best?) then spent the next 7 episodes (for the 7 girls) fleshing out the girls backstories and looking at how they are coping on the island, answering lingering questions and bringing their time on the island to a satisfactory conclusion and ending with the girls and boys coming together and then season 3 could focus on the boys backstories and their characters (if they are actually necessary at all) on this new coed island? i just feel like that would allow for the viewers to feel that the girls had stories that were complete in a way and possibly more partial to new more dominant storylines coming in
