40g Protein | 450cal

Dough:

50g flour

100g plain yogurt/skyr

1 tablespoon baking powder

A pinch of salt

Knead it into a dough. If it’s too sticky, just wet your fingers with water or add some flour. Then cover it and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Toppings:

After the dough has rested for 15-20 minutes, press it flat. Once it’s flattened, you can spread the tomato sauce on top and finish with the light mozzarella.

Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-12 minutes.

50g- 1/4 cup (6 packets) 0cal sweetener (0)

1/4 TSP baking powder

150g- 2/3 cup diet soda (0)

- preheat oven to 375°F

- Mix all the dry ingredients until no lumps then add in the soda and mix til combined. The batter will be liquid

-Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre of the batter comes out clean.

Cut into 8 pieces

CALS: 31 per serving (252 for the whole thing!)

the juniors the first time they get drunk:

Lan Sizhui: did not want to drink at first and wanted to be the responsible one. somehow Jingyi convinced him to have one sip. immediately throws up after one cup and has to be put to bed

Jin Ling: becomes extremely proud and wants to challenge everyone to a duel. he gets into an arm wrestling match with Jingyi. then makes a bet on who can drink the most. loses said bet

Lan Jingyi: somehow has high tolerance. is the one who got the idea to drink with his friends. his sass has increased by a million percent. gets into a duel with Jin Ling for the laughs

Ouyang Zizhen: gets really existential and emotional. starts talking in metaphors. is the one who is saying "I love you" to all his friends. starts crying.

BONUS

Wei Wuxian is the one who finds them half-dead in the morning. laughs about it and makes a hangover cure. is really proud of them

Lan Wangji stops Wei Wuxian from giving the juniors whatever 'cure' he cooked up and just gives them medicinal tea with honey. is not actually angry but still makes Sizhui and Jingyi do handstands. reassures Jin Ling that just this once he won't tell Jiang Cheng
