Hey all it's that time of year again! We apologize IMMENSELY for the delay, but yet again 2020 strikes with a vengeance. The exchange dates have shifted so please keep this in mind! We've added extra time for submissions so please make sure to read the new timeline.

For the 2020 Exchange:
Sign-ups begin November 20th. To sign-up, please both sign up on AO3 and send your AO3 username via Tumblr GrindeldoreHolidayExchange.tumblr.com. You will receive a confirmation that you are signed up in this time. Please message the moderators if there is a user you do not want to be matched with or do not feel comfortable gifting to.
On December 10th, you’ll get an e-mail with your assignment, person you will making a gift for, and a message from grindeldoreholidayexchange on tumblr for confirmation that you got your part.
Depending on your gifter, you may receive anonymous asks or messages clarifying your request throughout the exchange. You may also send such asks to your giftee if you need clarification. We ask that you remain anonymous.
By January 20th, your gift should be complete. We will send an ask on Tumblr to confirm that this is the case. The collection will be opened for submissions on this day. Additionally, there will be a channel for sharing the art and fic from the exchange over on The Greater Good Discord (https://discord.gg/eG74GSCMgE), if you so desire. However, this is not a requirement to participate in the exchange.

New Admins On Board!
Hi everyone,
I am happy to announce that it looks like the Grindeldore Holiday Exchange will be staying afloat. I have found three new admins who will split the responsibilities of the exchange between themselves. As a result, the applications are now closed.
The new mod team will be introducing themselves on this blog over the next few days. Please stay tuned for the release of the new schedule and such as we transition the Exchange to new leadership.
