strong criticism of therapy, psychiatry, the medical industry in general, pharmaceuticals
criticizing overprescribing potentially harmful medications like SSRIs instead of addressing core issues or trying other, less side effect heavy medications
defending marginalized people and calling out all bigotry, especially racism and queerphobia
stopping stigma against people with disorders like NPD, BPD, HPD, ASPD, POCD, OCD, ZOCD, and Plural people, ect.
fighting for mad pride, bodily autonomy, and EVERYONE'S right to be who they are
understanding power imbalances and abuse in the therapist's office
calling out the DSM for it's ableism, transphobia, racism, ect as well as understanding that it isn't the Final Say of mental illness or what a diagnosis is
not pushing a "one size fits all" method to mental health (i.e, talk therapy and medication and if that doesn't work then you're broken go be institutionalized)
accepting change, scientific growth, and changing/rebuilding the medical systems in place that have been used to torture mentally ill people (ESPECIALLY BLACK PEOPLE!) for decades, because everyone deserves safety.
