Headcanon for Saeran wanting to enjoy childish things.

(This is really self indulgent for me and my friend, okay, so bear with me, this just kind of needed right now ;v;)

He never wants to openly admit it, because he doesn’t want to be judged

But Saeran reeeeally wants to do things he sees small children do

He wants to play on a swing, slide down a slide, play with legos

Okay understand this poor boy did not get to have a childhood

His mother too so much away from him

So he feels sad that he missed out on so many things

He loves looking over awesome looking toys when he goes out and about

But never buys them for himself nor asks his brother to get them for him either

He just keeps it to himself, coveting the small toys he does hide in his roon

When he finds someone willing to let him be open about this, though

It takes him a while to actually vocalize it to them

But they take him to some stores to buy toys together as a surprise for him

Boxes of legos, clay bricks to build things, markers and paper to sit and draw together

Let this boy enjoy things he never got to as a kid

Goes to a local park late in the evening to play on a swing and enjoys going up and down slides

He also enjoys playing jump rope too, don’t judge him!

The merry-go-round is one of his favorites

Where he openly laughs out loud while they spin on it together

Innocent and simple, just having fun

They take turns pushing each other on the swings

Then sit on the grass and just point at the sky as the sun is slightly setting and making it change colors

Cherishes this friend so much

Because he can actually enjoy doing things he never did as a child

And they let him be himself about it

oh, i have been waiting for this question.

before i start, i’d like to say that i make all of my transparents on my iPhone. my tool of choice? my finger, and the app ibispaint x. i’m sure there are quicker and better ways to make transparents (scratch that: i know there are quicker and better ways to make transparents), but this way is fun for me. feels a bit like i’m coloring a coloring book.
