WORLD VS. WORLD General

Added a new reward track that contains Tribal, Stalwart, and Apostle armor skins.

Removed crafting stations and crafting vendors from WvW maps.

EDIT: Yes, the new “Legacy Armor” reward track is only for WvW and does not have a corresponding PVP reward track.
