Spending time alone with Allah, reading the Quran, calling upon His beautiful names, or making supplications, is the most comforting and healing form of therapy.
Sh. Shinqeeti said: If your Iman drops and you become lazy with worship then repeat this du'a:
اللهم لا تجعلني شقيا ولا محروما
“O Allāhﷻ do not make me wretched or deprived [of good].”

- seek righteous companions to help each other get closer to Allah together
Allah will bless you in so many beautiful ways. Just don't lose hope and keep making Dua. Your answer is ready and it will reach you soon.
How beautiful is this duaa:
“O Allah I am nearing days that need your guidance, I ask for ease in the beginning and happiness at the end.”
وَمَا ذَلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ بِعَزِيزِ
“And that is not difficult for Allah.”
This verse is a beautiful reminder of Allah’s infinite power and ability to do anything. It reassures us that no matter how insurmountable a challenge might seem, it is easy for Allah to handle. This can bring immense comfort and hope, encouraging us to trust in His wisdom and mercy, knowing that He can help us overcome any obstacle. 🤍

Al-Imām Wahb ibn Munabbih, [may Allāh bestow mercy upon him], said: “The likeness of someone who supplicates without performing good deeds is akin to shooting an arrow without a bow - [i.e., a futile endeavor].” Kitāb az-Zuhd, 1871
