here's a headcannon I came with if thats alright :3 ... Anyways Bubba is capable of talking/speaking but he has a thick texas accent, and bad shuttering problem which causes him to get made fun of .Thus why he's quiet. He shorta knows words to spell but he still can't read. what u think?
