Comments pointed it out on e115, but Jungwoo has his essence cuff at this point.

We know his mum was an aberrant with the corps (e61: 'An Eye For Talent') so he must have been prepared on some level, but it's interesting to get a glimpse of life pre-corps for young aberrants.

e38 shows us that he was explicitly rejected and harassed after he got his cuff, which suggests he got close with Jaeil and his friends only afterwards, as the only people who would take him in. (He's wearing a proper uniform in e38 flashback, suggesting he tried to fit in more, whereas in e115, he's got the jacket.)

That doesn't even necessarily suggest that they like him, or treat him with kindness even though he's an aberrant - just that they don't immediately throw him out of the group like others might.

Leads to some juicy drama that we get to presuppose literally everyone in the corps has had. Sayeon, Ryujin and Min are outliers in having weird ways they wound up at the corps.

So Jaeil knew and was hanging around with at least one aberrant before the testing day. It leads to the question of 'if he discovered he was an aberrant before then, did he confide in Jungwoo?'

Some of Jaeil's actions before the test with Sayeon suggest he knew something was going to happen - more than just "as a 'delinquent' I don't have as much to look forward too after school is over". Quite likely he knew he was an aberrant, and a weak one.

Jungwoo's reaction to hearing Jaeil is missing though does seem to directly answer it, but I can't wait for him and Sayeon to have a bigger fight/argument when they can actually speak freely and honestly (Sayeon's probs not gonna tho) with each other.

Imagine the gang has to go on some kind of cover mission undercover, you know the classic ballroom type scene. And Sayeon wears a red dress and heels very similar to what her mother would wear,

And all the trainees are just like “Tf?? Is that??? Is that.. allowed? Yeah, no, I know the corps don’t have a dress code. I mean is it allowed on Sayeon Lee. I feel like her in this kind of thing breaks some sort of rule in the universe.”

Ryujin, is trying so, so hard, to just be annoying about it and not gay, but tragically for her she is both.

Everyone at this exact moment low-key realises “Has. Has Sayeon lee. Been conventionally attractive this whole time. she’s just so insane, there are so many other things about her to notice, before her appearance even comes into question, that it simply goes unnoticed.”

But the officers or anyone who ever saw or knew Sara Lee is just sitting there:

Ryujin in a suit btw of course, somehow they immediately fucked up the situation so bad that Sayeon and Ryujin have to pretend to be a couple. They are both considering killing themselves, but they do it anyway. Ryujin super pissed off at how well Sayeon’s pulling off the “doting girlfriend” stick, meanwhile Sayeon is going:

Plus the Godling in her head, when some shit goes wrong and they get Ryujin to start distracting some rich people by playing the piano, (Sayeon in entranced):

The question is whether this is something they already had, or if this is the moment they stole it.

Because they killed a man for some reason, and Snake implies that he was wanted by others. Possessing a Colonel Mustang relic could do that.

But relic lore. Well not lore, but seeing one in action at least:

Biggest thing: Rarog's eyes. It's like he's using orange essence.

Did not notice it before, but it seems like even the relics are associated with a colour - Yesol's earrings are blue, Wolhye's purple (can't remember if the book thing Begonias are using to hide the godling had a colour about it. Would assume purple)

And we get another thing they can do: give someone what is essentially another Gift.

No mention of the cost, doubtful we'll get one, but possibly it might come up for Wolhye's spidey-sense earrings (looks like she might be using them at the end of the chapter to not get crushed by falling tunnel)
