☆ . maybe touching him was a bad move. a stranger patting an insanely jittery person on the back didn’t really seem beneficial at all. hopefully he’ll calm down after a little bit. when you think about it logically, being thrown into some strange place out of nowhere is probably a bit jarring to more normal… people…. wolves…. dogs… to leon, it was a godsend.
“you’ll be alright. just keep to yerself, keep outta trouble, stay inside and no one will really bother ya’. it’s kinda like yer average busy city with a lot of really fuckin’ weird people in it. i wonder if this is what new york city is like.” that comment was more to himself, and his lack of knowledge on… everything is very obvious. his eyes light up at the mention of music, a lopsided grin spreading on his face. “ya’ fuck with music? what kind? ya’ really got a punk kinda vibe to ya’, so if ya’ practice what ya’ preach, i could make some use of ya’!”
At the very least, Haida was starting to settle down a bit, less jumpy and upset at this moment. It helped, having someone who was willing to help him figure out how to get his head on straight. He’s not better, but it’s not as dire as it was before. At least some people are still kind.
“A-Ah, yeah. That’s the plan. I have some friends here, thank goodness.” Really, he didn’t know what he’d do without the company of Fenneko and Retsuko. It wouldn’t be the end of the world, so to say, but it would be far worse. “I’m from Japan, actually, so I couldn’t tell you what New York City’s like. But, the city I’m from is busy.” Horrifyingly so, on some days.
A nod, when it comes to the music. “I uh, I play guitar! Punk rock is my favorite, but no point in not practicing a little bit of everything!”
