junko was always bored, but in this moment, she was bored more than usual.

everyone around her was boring. her usual friends were either focused on getting sober (pffft, what a joke!) or too in despair to care about anything (this was the worst kind of despair, she'd decided- when people lost their fire and what made them so appealing in the first place. granted, these people were more vulnerable, so that was a perk, but still. booooring.)

when she got like this, her usual cure was to... well, find new friends! and that was exactly what she was going to do.

she roamed the halls aimlessly, looking for someone who looked fun, until she found someone who was exactly what she wanted. yes, this was the one. she approached the boy with her usual zeal.

This was an accident. I was experimenting with pix_diff, and out of force of habit I used two pix_film objects instead of pix_image. Turns out that pix_film *can* load JPG images. (Basically, that GIF is two pictures of my cat presented in such a way to cause Pd/GEM to freak the fuck out…)
