this is from one of the FIRST NCT (teaser?) videos “Synchronisation Of Your Dreams” (2016) & taeyong is seen sleeping until he wakes up looking quite .. alarmed/scared? As if he realised something.
“I followed a light that led me to a maze in this dream, I found another passage”
so obviously taeyong sees a bright light & follows it with no hesitation (king of bein Brave™) into the other “passage”.
WELL B I TC H that passage is basically da door that opens 2 “The 7th Sense” and taeyong is entering that “dream”. we all knew that already lmao.
^ to support that , taeyong’s next line is
“There’s a stubborn call in the strange darkness”
?? y’all kno that creepy voice kinda .. singing @ the first few seconds of “The 7th Sense” … yep.
AND ALSO at 0:53 if u listen to the backing track, there’s a sound of someone knocking on the door and opening it. !!

taeyong and winwin are the only members that have a significantly big part in the teaser videos.
There were 3 teaser videos in total. The 2nd one (SOYD) majorly focused on taeyong as u can see above. & the 3rd one called “7th sense” (not the mv lmao) was basically 3 whole minutes of winwin dancing (im not complaining).
in winwin’s vid , he stops dancing & there’s a strong wind. suddenly a light beams onto him?? he starts gettin visions & taeyong even appears for one second.
its that SAME “LIGHT” THAT LED TAEYONG 2 THE 7TH SENSE U KNO .
& SINCE TAEYONG WAS TRANSPORTED INTO “The 7th Sense”
WINWIN was transported to …
“Without You” which was released one day after “The 7th Sense”.
That arm next to winwin belongs to taeil who walks past him. This totally supports the dream theory.
taeyong & winwin are the only ones aware that they’ve been transported & entered a dream.
This applies for “Firetruck” & “Limitless”too. “I see you looking like me” It’s basically the “real” them talking to alternative versions of themselves? Technically right now it’s the “Limitless” them talking. There are (& will be) so many versions of themselves.

By “limitless me” it’s talking abt the endless images of the members. A good “limitless” example would be our mark.
he’s shown extraordinary capability to pull off many versions of himself. From the ‘cold & chic’ 7th sense to ‘fierce & bright’ firetruck and even a ‘youthful & fresh’ chewing gum. it’s limitless !!
“east to the end of the west” touches upon the whole idea behind Neo Culture Technology, spreading out all over the earth. Starting from Seoul unit all the way to South Asia & even Latin America. (nct bouta dominate the world)

YUTA’S only line in limitless (fuk u sm) which is literally,

taeyong’s line in The 7th Sense,
“It’s been awakened from a deep sleep , my 7th sense.”

& the next bit of The 7th Sense?

This was NCT U hinting at the next unit or “dream”, which was obviously NCT 127 with Firetruck. My guess is that taeyong & mark had entered from one dream to another (7th sense to Firetruck) jaehyun, taeil & winwin had also been transported (Without you to Firetruck). ten was not part of the ‘next dream’.
What about doyoung? Well he was not aware, his 7th sense hadn’t been ‘awakened’ yet. He had yet to realise he was dreaming.
Clearly by the look on jaehyun and taeil’s faces, they know it’s a dream. In the mv, they both seemed distant as if something was troubling them. jaehyun even looked down @ his hands several times to indicate awareness.
hOWEVER, doyoung is blissfully unaware.
winwin seems like he was waiting for taeil to arrive.
They board on the train together & it flashes with ? Beaming lights.
I feel like this is them travelling through the next dream, and would u look @ that … they both happened to be in the line up of NCT 127. Along with jaehyun, mark & taeyong.
Of course doyoung was with the girl & had unfinished business? They seemed to have a deeper story. However eventually doyoung’s “7th sense” was awakened because he joined NCT 127 and entered the same dream?
SYNCHRONIZATION OF UR DREAMS !!!! my best guess is that Johnny also synced from a totally different dream we dont kno about ?? which could hint at another hidden unit in the future. …

obviously taeyong’s line is hinting at the expandability of NCT, famous for it’s “limitless amount of members.” Some units in the future could have just 2 members , 8 members or even maybe 15 members. It’s all very flexible & u can twist & turn many things.

!! all their dreams are connected to one another. ten was connected to the 7th sense dream but not the other dreams. jaehyun + doyoung was connected to 7th sense AND Without You. But jaehyun was also connected to Firetruck which doyoung was not. winwin was not connected to 7th sense but he was connected to Without You & Firetruck just like taeil. U GET WHAT I MEAN RITE? …. …. they r .. all connected ….….one way or another …….it all fits. .. if they were not a part of one dream …. they were certainly a part of another one …. …

the boy was basically in a middle of a desert. he’s tired af and he’s gonna faint any second since he’s been walking for miles and miles. until SUDDENLY an ocean appears? ? at the end of the desert ! ?
DO U REMEMBER … the song “Switch” ? (da nct anthem omg)
one of the lines which sing,
“I will draw & fulfil my dreams, my very own map.”
the boy here has drawn his “dream” which is the desert in black and white.
and a [very beautifol™ girl rip] gives him da choice of 3 colours. have u noticed how they’re primary colours? Blue, yellow and red are all you need. With those 3 colours, you can make a limitless amount of colours in the rainbow.
Originally the child had only drawn in black and white but this girl is introducing 3 basic colours to him, giving him the ability to create more. Indicating that the boy has so much potential beyond just black and white.
Later on in the video, u can see the girl and boy bonding together and obviously they’re very close. However suddenly there’s a sandstorm & the girl disappears suddenly.
The boy could represent NCT & the girl could represent dreams. The girl nurtured the boy & took care of him, giving him the power to create.
However since the girl disappeared (like a dream OO SHITTT ok sorry-) , the boy is left alone by himself. He’s suffering until he suddenly sees the ocean appear right in front of him & he realises his power? He can make his dreams come true.
since this boy is supposed to represent NCT, i feel like as he grew older, his power changed from creating dreams into reality to travelling between dreams. or maybe a little bit of both. who knows?

When the boy was looking into the ocean, quick visions of winwin & taeyong appeared. As if the whole scene of the boy & the girl was just a memory and winwin & taeyong were the present, merely reminiscing. Or was winwin & taeyong just a memory? & the scene of the boy & the girl is the present? Which one is the dream and which one is the reality?

rmr in winwin’s teaser video, he was cleaning up a table in a tea shop (?). it all looked pretty traditional, old style. but @ the end when he came in contact with the light, he started to get visions. he opened his eyes.
he was transported into modern day.

in taeyong’s video he was in some type of dystopian world. winwin was definitely in china in his teaser video. ? so far only these 2 have their videos. should we expect yuta & ten in the future?

they r all connected to one another , literally every song frm each unit is connected to each other. every member. srsly.
take chenle for example. he is connected to mark since they’re in da same unit (nct dream) but mark is connected to ten because they’re also in another unit (nct u) but ten is connected to doyoung bc they’re in da same unit. doyoung is connected 2 taeyong n he’s connected to yuta (nct 127). yuta is connected 2 haechan & !!! haechan is connected BACK TO chenle again bc ! they’re in ! da ! same unit !!
was taeyong n yuta n doyoung n ten DIRECTLY connected to chenle ? no. yet somehow .. the expandability of NCT .. joins EVERYTHING together. at the end it still came back to chenle didn’t it?
this is how the “dreams” work too.
did winwin participate in the song “Without You”? nope, he just appeared for a few seconds. he wasn’t even in the unit. he just entered taeil/doyoung/jaehyun’s dream.
how i see it … every unit/comeback … it’s a new dream. the members have all synced from other dreams of their own (previous comebacks) & when there are more members & units in the future, it’ll get even more interesting.
the amount of dreams … & connections … it’s limitless !
& along the way, all the pieces will slowly connect together.
