Steam Clams in Culinary Wine, Diced Garlic, Sliced Bird's Eye Chilli and Butter - It has been quite a while since I last cooked something that is fast, simple and (hopefully) delicious. Scrambled eggs with mushroom, bacon and tomato (MBT) accented by chives, garlic, salt and pepper - lovingly prepared by my housie for his hub's birthday. And I just happened to be out of my room at the right time to leech on it. Oh. So. Good. If you have been eating scrambled eggs as often as I did at the uni, you'd have realised that I have given up on them because the ones at uni are so blend that I needed heaps of salt and pepper to plough through half of them before giving up (sorry, unborn potential chickens). But this! This scrambled eggs, is so full of flavour, it just feels like an orchestra of eggs, mushroom and bacon is playing in your mouth. To be precise, playing Beethoven's 5th Symphony. Iced Mocha with Ice Cream and Whip Cream - Finally caved in from the horrendously hot weather. Anyway, the whip cream has this incredibly rich butter taste and the chcolate syrup... almost to die for. I didn't get it from The Edge though. It was from the Library Cafe. Hahaha~ Apparently the Library Cafe serves better coffee than The Edge. Yummy!!! (at The Edge, SLQ)
