Hannah's Homemade Grilled Pimento Cheese Sandwich
Turn that back to school frown upside down with a grilled pimento cheese sandwich!
Here's what you'll need:
Hannah's Homemade pimento cheese (pick your flavor)
Crusty, thick bread
Tomato slices
Basil
Butter
Step 1:
Slather a frying pan with butter (don't be scared) and let it get nice and hot.
Step 2:
While its warming up, add a big dollop of pimento cheese to both slices of bread. Smash them together, but nicely.
Step 3:
Gently place the sandwich in the frying pan. Smush the sandwich down a little bit, but not so much because the cheese will ooze out. Add more butter. Flip sandwich so it browns on both sides.
Step 4:
When it looks nice and crusty and hot and delicious, remove from pan. Using a knife, open the sandwich and add tomato slices and basil. Smush it back together.
Step 5:
