Recently, I made baked donuts! They were freaking awesome! I made them with my friend who is allergic to eggs, so we made egg free donuts. We made two types, cinnamon and dark chocolate covered donuts.
With the cinnamon donuts we added a bit of cinnamon into the actual batter, but with the chocolate we didn’t. You do need equipment to make this (donut shaped trays) but besides that is is really easy and fun to make. Plus, it is (totally) healthy since we don’t need to deep fry the donuts, but bake them instead! (I am going to consider this healthy, excluding the fact that a lot of sugar is in this recipe). I am rating this recipe a “Yum”, since it was very easy and to make and it is delicious. You can also easily alter the recipe without ruining the final outcome! Like what we did with the chocolate donuts.

For the chocolate, we melted chocolate and just dipped the donuts in.
For the cinnamon donuts we made our own cinnamon sugar, but you can use pre-made cinnamon sugar.
