Ok, so I’ve been sick for about a month and have not been allowed to do any exercise AT ALL! In addition to that my voice has been gone for 3 weeks, which sucks since I can’t do my job when I’m on mute.
Today I finally got a word back from my doctor who informs me that I have mononucleosis. Which also sucks. What sucks even more is that I had this when I was 17! My doctor says that it’s not normal to have mono more than once, but since I have the virus I’m one of the lucky ones to have it twice. I can’t exercise for what seems like an eternity.
FML!
(One good thing though - I went for some I-feel-so-sorry-for-myself-shopping and came home with a Michael Kors bag)

I love the Norwegian summer when the sun is out! Perfect! Just started planning my solo hiking trip in the mountains (jotunheimen) this summer as well, it will be so freakin' awesome! Aaaaand I have almost bought myself a new car! Add a good workout on top of that, and you can understand why I'm smiling all day long!

Today I focused mainly on technique for squats and chin-ups, so I decreased/increased the kg on these two. Have not been so pleased with the progress I've made here, and I have a hunch that the technique is not at its best - but it will be! Deep "ass to the grass" squats and low chin-ups with my head and chest up and forward, and my back doing most of the work
