As a disabled woman living in America, I spend everyday worrying. Will I be able to access my medications? My healthcare? Will I be able to take care of myself if something happens to my family? Right now, I don’t know.

It could have been Feyre or Nesta or even Mor or Amren who spent time with her and helped discover her powers. BUT IT WAS AZRIEL. Did Elain need truth teller to kill Hybern? No, any knife or sword would have done. But because Azriel decided to trust her with his most precious weapon, she shadow walked and was able to save Nesta and Cassian and end the war. It could have been Cassian or Rhys or Feyre alone who saved Elain after she was kidnapped. It was AZRIEL who was prepared to get her alone on a possible deadly rescue. AZRIEL was the one who would not wait another second or let her get lost among the shuffle/chaos. AZRIEL is the one who was able to see more than a woman who needed protection. AZRIEL was the one who bonded with her. AZRIEL figured out she is a seer. AZRIEL was the one who was able to ground her enough to escape the visions. AZRIEL who is protecting her from the dead trove. AZRIEL who uplifts and encourages her. AZRIEL who helps her bake occasionally. AZRIEL who sits with her in her garden. AZRIEL who sticks up for her and who wants her to be more actively involved with the Inner Circle. AZRIEL who won’t let her powers make her a pawn for Rhys. AZRIEL who doesn’t dismiss her.
