“self love is a long dance that you will routinely fall out of rhythm with, forget the steps to, and struggle to master, but darling, no one said practicing this dance would be easy.”

for everyone that’s saying “NO QUARANTINE 15 FOR ME” PLEASE STOP. stop the restriction! stop with the dieting! eat what you want! when you want! WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC. Allow yourself a cookie. Allow yourself three cookies. Give your body rest. Don’t be so hard on yourself.
i swear going through shit alone really do build you
but really will any piece of media ever impact me like jameela jamil's twitter
you are loved. on quiet days that feel meaningless, during long nights when loneliness consumes you, when you’re reminiscing and grieving the past, on good days that feel like warmth and light, always remember that you are loved.
Today I hope to be a little wiser
And a little kinder
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but please let your self cry and feel and hurt. let the pain leave your body. the longer it stays there, the more it will hurt you.
The person you love is not the same as they were when you first started loving them and they are not the same as they will be when you die. Love must be adaptive. Love must be smart enough and strong enough to survive constant change. Love must not be rigid.
You're so important and strong. You matter. No matter how hard things get, or how much it may seem like you don't, you do matter and you are worthy of self love and care.
