I’m learning to be kinder to myself, especially when I look back at the moments I wish I’d handled differently. I forgive myself for the mistakes I made when I simply didn’t know better, because I’m not meant to stay frozen in who I used to be. Every misstep has something to teach me, and I’m slowly realising that I can hold those lessons without holding on to the guilt.

So now, I choose to focus on learning and growth. I’m choosing the version of me who keeps trying, who keeps showing up, who keeps moving forward even when things feel messy. And maybe that’s what progress really looks like — not perfection, just a gentle willingness to grow from where I am today.
