I was chatting with my friend after about some difference between the novel and the drama of prosecutor's proposal
So I'll add them here too
(Might add more later as I remember because I read the novel in rush)
1. The drama made it obvious that there's something wrong with Mr. Song
In the novel they're more suspicious of Mr. Yoon (Taeseon frnd)
Mr. Song is naturally a sweet guy
2. There are many differences One part which i really likes in both actually was that park (cemetery) scene when they're waiting for that lady in ep 5
And Taeseon flirts with Chaeha shamelessly
In the novel Chaeha is very sensitive of cold. So Taeseon actually keeps many hot packets in his car
Then he takes Chaeha to small hood and make him sit on his lap and covers him with his coat
Then later he makes him take of his shoes and tries to warm his feet with his hand
When Chaeha shares one hot packet with Taeseon Taeseon actually uses it to warm Chaeha feet instead
3. Biggest difference is Taeseon is better in novel as compared to drama but worse on bed
4. Another was
That scene where Taeseon reveals about his investigation about Chaeha father case and wants him to join and Chaeha starts crying
In novel there was more One part which i loved was Between Taeseon house and Chaeha apartment there was a river or lake something
And Taeseon was really worried that Chaeha might commit suicide so he followed him back home from afar
5. That time Chaeha aunt come to ask Chaeha for money. Chaeha gave her which Taeseon saw. He secretly investigated about it. But yeah he also asked about it.
6. Chaeha was physically and verbally abused by his uncle. His older cousin was also similar. Aunt knew about it all and kept quiet (basically encouraged it all. Never did by herself but never helped Chaeha either)
7. Chaeha was harassed by his senior in police academy. One of them liked Chaeha but when Chaeha refused he spread rumor that Chaeha was the one who harrassed him.
8. Chaeha was falsely framed for bribery case during his time as police. Taeseon and chaeha met there for the first time. Taeseon took on his case and helped him proof it was false accusation.
9. Taeseon told him that he should not do this job which actually encouraged Chaeha to finally quit his job as police. Then joined fine collection department to have a quite life.
10. Taeseon personally investigated both his uncle and the senior who harrassed him and took revenge against both of them.
11. Anddd (It was in the beginning or idk I can't remember but)
Once Chaeha got really really drunk and made Taeseon buy him milk icecream XD
12. There are 4 people working in prosecutor's office Taeseon, Mr. Song, Chaeha and there's another person kinda like manager who manges all the case files
13. Taeseon has a younger brother. And they both don't have good relationship. It was his brother who gave them more clues about their father case. They both have bad relationship because after his father death their aunt (from mother side) took care of them
And Taeseon forced him to change their surname to her which younger brother didn't wanted to do
And remember mr. yoon twin sister who was also prosecutor and committed Suicide?
Taeseon younger brother liked her
So he thinks his brother is the reason she died
14. After Chaeha was attacked he moved into Taeseon younger brother empty apartment
