For the best-of-the-best of the fullmoon(s), the one of the 10th of August 2014, the Acropolis museum celebrates with the Hellenic Air Force Band, performing live, on the Atrium, by the entrance.

Bonus: the conservation works of the Caryatids are finished (see the "see-through" pic, taken from the 3rd floor of the museum)

Bring Your Own Sofa

Mein Sofa steht im Stadion!

Football club Union Berlin asked the fans to bring their own Sofa to watch the World Cup game of Germany Vs Ghana.

The outcome: Around One giant TV, 750 Sofas, 12000 fans, and (most likely) tons of beer bottles!

This campaign from Rainforest Alliance is hilarious. At the same time it manages to be also insightful and spot-on, on attempting to raise awareness and transform consumer behavior.

Hopefully, this NGO acts accordingly and provides what it does promise in it's mission statement.
