This woman ACTIVELY steals from BabsDraws, Missupacey, and several other artists. They are RACIST, TRANSPHOBIC, A PLAGIARIST, a STALKER and a SCAMMER. She is currently trying to engage in the Stranger Things fandom as an “Eddissy” shipper. SHE HAS NOT SEEN THE SHOW LMAO.

DO NOT ENGAGE WITH HER. She’s an asshole and will harass you on her several alts. Her following is a bunch of horny simps who will die for her. It’s all disgusting. BONUS She caters to pedophiles.

Please watch out for or block delaneysart here on Tumblr. She has plagiarised several artworks off of deviant art in the name of “inspiration,” claiming that “art has no rules.”

She said she was a professional, but knew nothing of her profession, nor did she act like a professional when asked politely to credit the original artists.

All her interactions with those who have called her out for plagiarism have been blocked then sent several rude, harassing messages. Delaney knows full well that those she messages in this way cannot respond to her and it is a coward’s move.

So far her Tumblr account only has three posts, one of which is a plagiarised piece. It is likely that she is moving here in order to gain a new following since those on dA have shut her out.

Please stay safe if you choose to follow or interact with her.

Please report the plagiarised artwork on those platforms as well (if you’re able). Please help her to understand that you cannot be a professional who steals others artwork.

If proof is required always refer to dates and time stamps on the corresponding posts. The originals are always posted in different years or months. A majority of Delaney’s works are hand dated within the work itself. If the person who created the original artwork is the only person allowed to report the infringement, please pass this information along to them.

Delaney WILL message you here on Tumblr if you reblog this post!  Her message is always the same, “Not toxic just a professional who was inspired by something online. These people are taking it way out of proportion.”  Please block her (and report her for spam) before you reblog this post (if possible).

DelaneysArt has also remade on deviant art under the same username and is reposting her own art with comments disabled.  She is tagging and mentioning the original artists that “inspired” each piece, but the artwork has not changed.  Use discretion.

There’s a difference between using someone’s art as “inspiration” and outright plagiarism. Plagiarism is defined as “an act or instance of using or closely imitating the language and thoughts of another author without authorization and the representation of that author’s work as one’s own, as by not crediting the original author.” DelaneysArt did this, then abused and harassed everyone who asked her to credit the original authors.
