Is there any way to get a toy for my fugu? If there isn't can you make an update so Kermit can have one. And was I supposed to get an email for an egg.

Uh Oh! Looks like there's a HUGE bug on the 1 year birthday present!! Fortunately, the Official Hatch on Facebook addressed the issue and here's what they got to say about it (and a possible fix for it): Oh no! Dr. Max just found out the one year anniversary cake has spoiled and is causing problems! We're working on a quick fix update and another cake! But in the meantime if you are affected, please check out my comment on this post for a temporary workaround the community figured out! We're also still busy working on our biggest update in a while! Thank you everyone for your love and patience with us 

For those affected, Dr. Max has this current temporary prescription:1. Open Hatch but do not touch the gift2. Double click your home button and then swipe Hatch up and away3. Relaunch Hatch from your home screenThis should skip the spoiled gift, and we're also cooking up a fix and replacement cake!

Sephy is ready to ride with me on my new Kawasaki Ninja 300. We named it Shifty. Why? On these bikes you need to shift gears…a lot.

A new update with new things!! Here's the official description:

It's Max and your Fugu with a refreshing new update to cap off this summer season! To start off I thought it was high time to celebrate a certain special someone with …MAX DECOR!That's right, this time it's about me! I hope you like my new Dinosaur decor set because they are definitely the coolest animals after fugu. And my newest wallpaper will go great with your app icons! Plus some Max themed blankets of course. You'll want a nice soft one for your fugu for when it's…DROWSY!Yeah! You know how your fugu was such a deep sleeper whenever it's restoring energy? I found out you can give it a gentle poke to wake it up while sleeping now! But it will be super drowsy of course and go right back to sleep soon after. By the way, don't get mad but I think your Fugu might've caught a case of the…HICCUPS?Hiccups are quite annoying! I think I may've accidentally caused it by feeding your fugu a bunch of fruit a little too quickly while you were away. I wish I had a cure to recommend but Dr. Max is totally stumped and I hope they aren't contagious!Feel better soon fugu friend!- MaxP.S. that's not all, I've also fixed my training program for the army crawl and play dead tricks, so now you should be able to properly train and master them with your pet. Max and I are thinking, we just got really sidetracked when the enchanted toys were banned by the grownups at a big fruit company.

Interesting quote from the Official Hatch on Facebook about the sudden getting rid of the enchanted toy that connected Hatch to Ooga Jump. (They were replying to a comment about adding new features.) On another note - I haven't updated yet because I don't want to lose the enchanted toy! :( Anyone else not updated yet?

After sending by email 67 Snowball and a handful Clear fugus to everyone who contacted me never receiving a single early adopted egg in return I decided to stop being kind. No more fugus will be sent unless I receive one first. My email is always the same on apple devices. I'm disgusted by how people abuse generosity

Can you recap how to install on new devise from email please?

Sure :) 

According the email they sent with the special adopted fugu:"Once you have the app installed (on your phone), you’ll need to come back to this email on that device and tap your egg to bring it with you into the world of Hatch."

What if you switched devices and you lost your pre adopted fugu (the special colored one) and you also deleted the email that gave you the egg. What can you do to get it back?

Hey hatch fan!

Unfortunately, there's no way, that I know of, to get the special adopted fugu back if you've deleted the email. Sorry about that :( If you have the old device, you could possibly transfer that memory to your new one. If not, maybe you could try contacting the official Hatch on their Facebook page, they are usually quick to answer questions like this. Hope this helped!
