me, externally: i have a personality disorder but i've developed a deep understanding of how interpersonal relationships work and have come to understand why difficult things happen the way they do. even though these things still bother me intensely, i understand why they occur, so i can more easily identify and talk myself out of incorrect thought processes. this disorder is difficult but not impossible for me to manage.
