Never give up hope, no matter how dark things seem.
HAPPY STAR WARS DAY and May the Force be with you.
Padmé being one of the bravest politicians really tells you how far she would've gone had Palpatine not been a constant roadblock in her career.
I cannot see 99% of the Senate pulling off some of the situations Padmé gets herself into. She slays, she's a shoota, and she serves the people of this Republic, what more could you want from someone you voted to represent you?
Padmé doesn't become a sniveling or greedy coward, doesn't betray her morals and values to become part of Palpatine's inner circle, and she actively places herself in harm's way to represent people, to support people, and rescue people.
Padmé could've brought forth a new High Republic Era had she been Chancellor or even temporary Empress, while she's way more idealistic and empathetic than most, she shares the same goals as Dooku in wanting to get rid of corruption and creating a better future.
Padmé is one of the most powerful people in Star Wars because of her heart, a heart that sacrificed so much for the people of the Galaxy everywhere and each way she could've but it was ironically her own husband that helped prevent her from saving the Republic she wanted for others.
Idk how they would bring back Padmé without rebooting the franchise or some timey whimy wibbly wobbly stuff but I hope we do see her again, maybe not dead this time.
