Ozai and Iroh Swap AU that I dreamt about

I had a really weird dream about a month ago, it was basically the entire plot of ATLA except that Iroh and Ozai had swapped places.

Even stranger was the fact that Ozai wasn’t being a total piece of garbage, definitely still a psychopath but he wasn’t being comically evil.

So I’ve drawn a few scenes of Ozai in Irohs place

Here’s the counterpart to “my greatest fear is becoming you” starring Azula and her mother Ursa :)

I predominantly based this piece on Azulas hallucination just before her coronation, except with a few tweaks to match my previous drawing of Zuko and Ozai.

In zuko and Ozais drawing, Zukos unburned side is clear to really drive in the similarities between him and his father, for this piece I hid Azulas face with her hair to show her hidden desire for affection from her mother Meanwhile Ursas face is painstakingly clear her face has sorrow and love written all over it but only one of these feelings is clear.

Remembered the hard way why I don’t post on tumblr anymore.

Dream drawings from 2025

Another life dream: going to a magic school with a Sasquatch, a human who’s transitioning into a lynx and a couple more mythical creatures, we cause havoc around the school as me and the Sasquatch help our friend transition, we piss off our teacher who is literally Medusa while I eat a comically oversized bag of gummy worms and we get sent to the office, we portray ourselves as the victims who did nothing wrong and the headmaster believes us so we get off scot free, it starts to piss it down outside so we decide to make people think that the school is gonna flood, after that we go to Tesco for supplies for our lynx friend to transition, after we are successful me, the Sasquatch and Lynx head to our dormitory and play cards against humanity before going to bed

Gordon centric dream: I got to watch one of my OCs day to day life from a 3rd person perspective, from the moment he woke up to the moment he went to bed.

Experiment dream: I was supernatural and was locked in an underground facility with other supernatural teens, me and a group of other supernatural people go on an adventure to expose the evil facility that tortures the kids and sells them as weapons, in the end we expose it and we are celebrated as hero’s

Dream drawings from 2024

Candyland dream: I was around 8 when I had this dream and it took place in a world made of various sweets, i ended up going to a chocolate lake where I met a nice girl my age the rest of the dream consisted of our wacky adventures until the dream started to glitch out, we were violently pulled away from each other as I woke up. I still wonder if she was just a figment of my imagination or if I somehow shared a dream with another girl.

Infection dream: this dream was apart of a trilogy but to put it short, my home was abandoned after some crazy shit happened (I will be posting context later) I entered only to discover a zombie version of professor Snape, I got chased into the back garden but I tripped and the moment I thought I was done for I heard gunshots, I look up and see my presumably dead ex husband, we run off and end up on a space ship which takes us to another planet just as we think we’re safe it turns out zombie Snape had followed us, as we’re running again we bump into sassy the Sasquatch who throws a trippa snippa at Snape, turns out the trippa snippa is the cure to the infection.

Willy Wonka dream: it took place in the underpass that was in the roundabout that was also near my childhood home, at the time I didn’t know where two out of the 4 exits headed so my kid brain decided to turn that into a fully fledged story, I went to one of them and saw two purple doors with round windows, turned out it was Willy Wonkas inventing room and I spent the day creating different kinds of sweets, including a mint that lasted forever + it cleaned your teeth. at the end of the dream Willy Wonka turned to me and told me “it’s time to wake up now” naturally I was confused and asked why and he said that I had to go back to my mummy, I vividly remember asking him if I would ever see him again to which he responded “that’s up to you to decide” and then I woke up

I have very peculiar and lucid dreams so this will be interesting to say the least lol

My greatest fear is becoming you

I can wholeheartedly imagine Zuko having nightmares about his dad (I mean who can blame him) especially when he looks pretty much like a mini Ozai with short hair.

I also based Ozais reflection based on how Zuko last saw him as firelord, disheveled, furious and looking at him with possibly one of the most hatful and terrifying glares in animation history.
