Back here in the "real" world (vs being sequestered on an art retreat, where paint globs magically turn into birds), it's easy to get caught up with being worried about the news... 😣 But there is another way to live: Let only the truth occupy your mind. ✨💚✨💙✨ - I've felt so comforted this last year, listening to & readings the teachings of #abrahamhicks - who reminds us how the Law of Attraction operates: "Every thought you give your attention to expands and becomes the bigger part of your vibrational mix. Whether it is a thought of something you want or thought of something you do not want - your attention to it invites the essence of it into your experience." 😳 This is bad news, and this is good news. 😑The bad news: if I focus my attention on things I'm worried about I know I'm going to feel like shit. 👿 If I focus on Well-Being, on the beauty of nature, on the joy of making art, on the love that exists inside my heart, on the love that exists inside everyone else, if I practice seeing the world through the eyes of Source, I know feel so much better. 😊So what willI choose to put my attention on today?
