He’d almost felt bad for not showing concern sooner, considering the painful condition Takane seemed to be in - maybe that was why he’d asked how long she’d been sick…and he was happy that it hadn’t been longer than a week, but still, a few days in a state like this must’ve been all too unpleasant for the other. Still, the blanket looked kinda comfortable… “Couple days…already?”

He carefully stepped past the couch and glanced back to her, hoping his sudden arrival hadn’t been too startling - for whatever reason, he seemed to make entrances like that a lot. Regardless, he leaned against the nearest wall, watching with concern before speaking again. “That sounds bad…and, if I may say, it looks bad, too. How are you treating it…?” And before he asked about medicines, he figured first, he should know what it was exactly. “Do you know what you have, anyway? Flu, cold, cough…?” For the better of both of them, presumably, he stops himself from asking more questions. It was merely better to be safe, he thought…

It wasn’t like it was that big a deal-- Or, at least, it wasn’t in Takane’s opinion. True, it’d been a couple of days, but it wasn’t like she was going to hold it against Seto, of all people, for not saying anything. Out of everyone in the Dan, she was pretty sure that he was one of the busiest most of the time. Nonetheless, with the younger teen’s statement, Takane nodded-- Yeah, it’d already been a couple of days since she’d started living a life of complete and utter misery-- ... Then again, that was probably taking things just a bit too out of proportion-- Even for her.

Nonetheless, his arrival hadn’t been too startling, to say the least. She shuffled a bit once again, turning so that she was almost completely facing him-- The blanket still, quite obviously, staying wrapped around her as she did so. And, just as she expected, here came the concerned questions-- Seto was always trying his best to make sure everyone was alright, wasn’t he? Not that she really minded too much at the moment. Wiping her nose once again,s he finally spoke up to answer his questions--

“Probably just a bad cold,” she responded, shrugging just a bit from under the blanket. “Doubt it’s anything too serious,” she added on quickly. “’Been using cough syrup and the like-- And that’s helped a bit.”

It wasn’t that Takane was tired. She was far from it, actually! Though, nonetheless, that didn’t change the fact that she was currently sitting in the Dan’s base, a cup of coffee in her right hand, which she was slowly sipping on.

If anything, leaving in the mornings, only return about a half hour, or less, later with a cup of coffee was a habit that Takane had gotten into. Maybe it was the fact that she used to drink the hot beverage before her death-- It had, most definitely, helped just the slightest bit when it came to her almost constant state of being tired-- And, even if it hadn’t completely stopped her from falling asleep in class on some occasions, it was at least somewhat worth it.

Besides, she’d definitely grown to enjoy it-- Which was obvious from the fact that she was drinking it now, despite not really needing it. Nonetheless, as she took yet another sip from the cup, she glanced to the side after hearing footsteps, noticing Seto out of the corner of her eye.

“Oh, hey Seto.”
