Do you want to be more extroverted than introverted? Do you live with roommates and feel uncomfortable about what to say, when to say, when not to say etc? Do you also find yourself a “observer”, “daydreamer”, “perceiver”, “sensitive to one’s environment”, or “emotional”? Then you may want to find a way to create more mental strength. The first step to accomplishing this is to take control of what is going on inside of your head. Step one. Talk to yourself. You want to prevent your thoughts just being “thoughts”. You know when you have accomplished this by actually realizing that it’s not a “thought”, it’s you talking, and it’s loud and clear.Or when you are so focused on your surroundings that you are a mindless wanderer. So someone can speak to you and you may not have a response. Keeping your mind in “audible mode” rather than “meditation mode” when needed will provide more confidence. Practice talking (not “thinking” because that is a small, soft background noise) to yourself first in your mind. If you cannot say it with confidence first in your mind, then you cannot say it with confidence at all. Question yourself, and your voice therefore questions you.Â
This guys youtube channel is the best thing I have discovered this year. This is about the third eye, but he has videos about astrology and he makes it seem so easy and clear!! He talks about each rising sign, sun sign, venus, mars, etc. I definitely recommend checking out his channel!
Summary of Planets
The Sun gives you suggestions about how to maintain your greatest sense of vitality , sanity and joie de vivre and shows you where and how you need to shine in the world.
The Moon gives you clues about you what makes you happy and how to feed and nurture your deepest heart and soul.
The Ascendant gives you information about the best way to present yourself and the personality style that will give you the greatest ongoing sense of confidence and effectiveness.
Venus paints a picture of your natural soul mates, what you need to be fulfilled in love , and your gifts and talents in the realms of art and creativity.
Mars asks and answers this question: In what areas of your life do you need to develop more courage?
Jupiter gives you a good idea as to where you might be naturally lucky but also reveals where and how you sell yourself short, and in what areas of your life it is a good idea to take some outrageous risks.
Look to Saturn in your chart to see where you are being called upon to perform a great work thus developing a natural sense of authority.
Uranus shows you where you need to break any outmoded rules that are holding you back and in what way you need to follow your own individual path.
Neptune points you in the direction of how you connect most naturally with a sense of inspiration, intuition, and spirituality.
Where you find the planet Pluto is the place of your greatest wounding and the source of your greatest passion once the wound is healed.

Love and Intuition
There are 4 intuitive types.
Mental, Emotional, Spiritual & Physical
To be loved by a mental intuitive is to be exposed. This can either be thrilling and all-consuming or leave one feeling threatened and vulnerable.
To love a mental intuitive is to appreciate their intuitive, often prophetic mind, and to accept their need to know, understand, and bring meaning to life.
Mental intuitives feel love as: Â Understanding, communication, acceptance, thoughtfulness, nonjudgmental approval, recognition for their ideas.
Emotional intuitives naturally absorb the emotional energy of their environment. they are highly empathetic and without realizing it, often mistake others’ emotions for their own. Emotional intuitives love to love.
To love an emotional intuitive is to accept his or her feelings and emotional intensity , which often cannot be controlled. Express tenderness and compassion, and allow him or her to love you.
Emotional intuitives feel love as: heart opening, warmth, caring, emotional intensity, romantic gestures, acts of kindness
The spiritual intuitive in love will bring to his or her loved ones deep insight, penetrating psychic awareness, and spontaneous feelings of ecstatic union.
To love a spiritual intuitive is to give him or her freedom, appreciate the spontaneity, and trust that he or she is attuned to an ethereal current of wisdome and truth. Above all else, enjoy the ride!
Spiritual intuitives feel love as: Energy, tingling sensations, shared purpose, feelings of connection despite physical distance, dreaming of another, love at first sight, overcoming all odds, feeling known and appreciated at a soul level
For physical intuitive love is not ethereal and difficult to grasp. It is real and concrete. For those they love, physical intuitives can move mountains. They need touch, hugs, and sex to feel love, and have a strong need to actively participate with their partner
Physical intuitives may unknowingly bond so closely with another that they draw energy from the other person, which may leave that person feeling drained and tired.
To love a physical intuitive is to appreciate his or her need for physical demonstrations of love. This may come in the from of help, service, healing touch, or sensual intimacy. Allow him or her to express love to you through physical acts.
Physical intutives feel love as: touch, cuddling, walking together in nature, time spent together, tangible support and help with chores.

3 Magic Phrases that will Instantly Boost your Communication Confidence
4 Magic Phrases you can use to respond to ANYTHING
That's interesting..
1) tell me more
2) why would you say that?
3) why would you do that?
4)why would you ask that?
I am 22, and I feel like I am so worried about growing mentally as a person that I lost the fun that people in their 20's are supposed to be having. I'm not sure what is considered "appropriate" for my age group to think about but I keep discovering new things about myself that I want to work on constantly.
I know I am focused on my root chakra and being focused on this I believe has surfaced a couple of built in habits in my unconsciousness that maybe I wasn't so aware of. I am an extreme daydreamer. I am completely and utterly on a mental level and I have not discovered how to involve myself into reality. I can go to work and not be at work. I can go to the gym with my friend and not be at the gym with her. Not just months, but years fly by. It started in 9th grade of high school where I noticed time just didn't seem to exist- it seemed to be on fast forward and I didn't have the memory of any of it. I have thoughts flying through my head like the speed of lightening, and ideas with the desire to manifest them constantly going through my head, but nothing gets put out in the the reality of the world.
I feel like I am an excellent observer of the world, and I feel like I can easily understand people and their actions- yet, I'm not involved in the world. I see it, but I feel like I'm not in it. It is an anxious feeling to have.
I'm not sure what I need to work on at this very moment. I don't know if I'm getting too distracted from the root chakra meditations or what. I have no concept of time nor concept of my actions.. It makes it impossible for me to judge the work I have done because I can eat healthy for a month straight and I would never know, or I can eat nothing but junk for a month straight and I'd think it was only a week. I'm glad I'm discovering that I have such a problem now while I'm 22, and not when i'm 70 with still a bucket list unseen.
I guess it's off to doing research to see what chakras or affirmations I am having issues with.
Use Essential Oils for Better Grades
Essential oils nourish many of the body's systems by carrying oxygen and other nutrients to the cells. The cells of the brain are no different than others in this regard. Essential oils contain a mixture of both large and small compounds – molecules small enough to cross the blood-brain barrier and enter the brain itself.
Essential Oils for Better Learning
Almost any essential oil can help with learning and studying skills, depending on your needs: most oils have either stimulating or sedative properties, either refreshing the mind or calming those who are worried about their performance. Be aware, however, that results will vary greatly with the quality of the essential oils used – adulterated oils (poorly pressed, or with junk chemicals added) can make people feel drowsy or distracted.
Several oils are known in particular for their ability to improve mental acuity and focus. These are:
Frankincense (Boswellia carteri) – one of the most powerful healing oils, frankincense stimulates the limbic system of the brain as well as the hypothalamus, pineal and pituitary glands. It has been used against cancer and depression.
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) – the bright, sharp fragrance of rosemary is clarifying to the mind and emotions.
Peppermint (Mentha piperita) – stimulating and refreshing, the sweet smell of peppermint oil is used to awaken the mind and heighten the senses. It is one of the best oils to boost energy, creativity and learning skills.
Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanioides) – dark, smoky and rich, vetiver is profoundly grounding and tonic to the mind. It is often used for depression or to help children with ADD and ADHD to focus and learn. It is stress-relieving and calming.
Any of these oils can be used by inhaling a drop or two from cupped hands or (with the exception of vetiver, which is too thick) by diffusing them through a room, apartment or house.
Topically, the back of the neck and the "brain stem" (at the base of the skull) are two of the most effective places to apply oils for clear thinking and learning.
Peppermint is one of the oils that I know of that you can safely place in water and drink, but the only brand I trust for this is ForeverGreen.
For anyone who is interested in essential oil therapy for emotional release, security, learning, relaxation, or ANY other reason -I have been using and selling ForeverGreen oils with awesome awesome results! Organic, wild crafted (soil of the area is tested THREE years back to make sure absolutely no pesticides were used- which is an extremely rare thing even for organic companies), 100% pure (no dilution of the product), and a special CO2 extraction and patented bottle to keep every nutrient possible of the oil.

Hubble Ultra-Deep FieldThis high-resolution image of the HUDF includes galaxies of various ages, sizes, shapes, and colors. The smallest, reddest galaxies, of which there are approximately 10,000 galaxies here, are some of the most distant galaxies to have been imaged by an optical telescope, probably existing shortly after the Big Bang.
Spiral Galaxies
spiral galaxies make up approximately 60% of galaxies in the local Universe.[5] They are mostly found in low-density regions and are rare in the centers of galaxy clusters
Structure: piral galaxies consist of four distinct components:
A flat, rotating disc of (mostly newly created) stars and interstellar matter
A central stellar bulge of mainly older stars, which resembles an elliptical galaxy
A near-spherical halo of stars, including many in globular clusters
A supermassive black hole at the very center of the central bulge
The relative importance, in terms of mass, brightness and size, of the different components varies from galaxy to galaxy
Saturn in Natal Chart. What is your Saturn Sign?
Saturn
“I achieve”
Best quality: System and Organization Worst quality: Selfishness
Astrologers of the past regarded Saturn as "evil" and malignant, indicating dire misfortune and misery wherever it was found in a chart. When Venus wishes for love, Saturn denies her. When Jupiter promises good fortune, Saturn delays it. When Mercury brings news, Saturn degrades it, and when Mars goes too hard or too fast, Saturn will crash him. But this is not necessarily bad. Saturn is associated with the principles of limitation, restrictions, boundaries, safety, practicality, reality, seriousness, and structures. Saturn is the laws, boundaries and limits set by society or karma. Modern astrologers acknowledge that the hardships brought on by Saturn's limitations, compel one to continue striving for a final product, that although delayed, will be solid and of real worth.
Saturn governs ambition, career, authority, hierarchy, and conforming social structures. It concerns a person's sense of duty, discipline and responsibility, and their physical and emotional endurance during hardships. Saturn is morose and cold, melancholic, and serious. By placement in your chart, it indicates the area of life in which you may feel shame, for a time. This is the area where you have lessons to learn. But this is where your disciplined hard work will lead to genuinely earned, long-lasting success. At its best, Saturn endows organization and order. At its worst, Saturn’s energy is manifested as selfishness. The sign of Saturn also gives clues to the kind of work for which a person is suited and the kind of career he is likely to pursue.
A simplistic view of chakras
the root chakra is the part of us that has to do with our emotional bonding patterns with our parents and how secure or insecure this has caused us to feel about other people in the world. It also has to do with how our emotional reactions have been primed by the emotional experiences of our ancestors.
the naval chakra is the part of us that experiences pleasure or even numbness.
the solar plexus chakra is the energy center that houses our feelings of confidence or lack of confidence, particularly in group settings
the heart chakra is the focus point of our consciousness that projects and receives love
the throat chakra is the part of us that communicates. In short, It has to do with how we feel about communicating our truth.
the third eye chakra is the part of our consciousness that visualizes, imagines and can see the big picture of things.
Just as there is the idea of working with an aspect of our consciousness called the Inner Child, you can think of each one of these chakras as being, almost like separate people. Of course, they are aspects within us. Talking and relating to these centers as separate people (on a feeling level, not as an intellectual discourse) is an imaginative construct. But this construct is very effective for communicating with the subconscious, which rules just about every area of our lives.
