Day One
Today was a good first day.
Today marked the beginning of getting rid of 70 lbs. I went to the gym even after contemplating not going and just working out at home (even though I know I would not have).
Today I weighed in and I was a wopping 210.8 lbs. Whoa mama, I know. I'm not a happy camper about that at all, but IĀ canĀ do thisĀ again.
Dinner was amazing! So good that I ate a bite before I could even snap a photo lol. On the menu: salmon, quinoa, and asparagus, onion, & bell pepper combo. One word: delicious!!
This is how healthy people roll! Banana Pancakes, Strawberries, && Organic Yogurt :)
I'm Back to the Daily Grind
Yep, I couldn't stay away for too long. The last blog was sort of fail and to be honest wasn't the push that I needed to refocus. So here I am trying again for what feels like the billionth time. I'm here for accountability. I'm here to finally say goodbye to 70 lbs. I can do this. God, will give me the strength to refocus and stare this 70 pound weight loss in the face.
Tomorrow will be the official weigh-in day.

Yes, you heard right. This is my last blog post on this domain. Honestly, there is too much guilt associated with this blog so I'm leaving it behind hopefully along with hurdles that I've faced along with it. I'm not deleting this blog because there are definitely some great and amazing milestones on this blog that I would like to have the ability to go back and relive.
