I've been physically ill for the past week but I feel like I may be starting to feel a bit better, slowly but surely. Today I am apprenticing so hopefully everything goes well!

Today I woke up and checked out my ass I was like "oh damn yes" (which is my normal reaction) then I checked my body out and something diffent happened today. I loved every bit of it (which Is not the norm). Alot of days I avoid looking too hard as to bypass the comments I may say to myself. But today photographed myself and all its beauty wanting to share my thoughts but don't feel safe to do so on IG of FB yet here I am spilling my guts to my empty tumbler that I have not been on in years.
I am in my highest weight, also I am healthy I am beautiful and I AM amazing no matter what I look like in the mirror!

1pm - 460cals: a 6″ roast beef sub from subway with light mayo, mustard, and veggies (350cals) and a bowl of beef and barley soup (110cals)
3pm - 150cals: a half coffee half french vanilla from tim’s
5pm - 619cals: an unbreaded chicken burger on a brioche bun, with a salad that has romaine lettuce, red onion, chopped back bacon, cucumber, and balsamic vinaigrette
8pm - 120cals: vanilla greek yogurt and a honeycrisp apple
daily total - 1,349 calories
Time for me to do a check in. I’ve been avoiding it after all the sickness and shit because I didn’t feel like that weightloss was genuine or healthy. I’m still struggling to figure out the cause of the mystery illness and I’m still having trouble maintaining a healthy nutrient balance since everything seems to come right back out of me. But I’m down another 15 lbs since my last check in. From left to right: Dec 2018 220 lbs, May 2019 200lbs, August 2019 190lbs, and finally today October 2019 I weigh in at 172lbs.
Also as a weird and completely arbitrary flex, I have a thigh gap for the first time in literally my entire life. So. I mean. Take that for what you will.
