Meet Kristen, from Knoxville, TN! Let me start from the beginning. I used to be so #unhealthy. Did you ever reach a point in your #life and say, "How did I get here" "how did I get this unhealthy?" Well, before Thrive I was at both ends of the spectrum. I went from being 200lbs to 117lbs. Both were very unhealthy for me. At my heaviest I wasn't #active and over ate. At my lowest I was way too active and was hardly eating. At my largest and smallest, I didn't get the proper #nutrition my #body needed. One day I was browsing the internet when I saw my now upline Chelsey posting about this thing called Thrive and how the product has so many #benefits based on premium nutrition. I looked into it and didn't purchase right away. I kept putting it off but found myself looking up Thrive every single night and sending Chelsey a zillion questions. Finally I decided to jump in feet first and try Thrive. February 20, 2016 was my first day Thriving. I was a day 4 Thriver. I would have been a day 1 Thriver, but I didn't understand the importance of staying #hydrated! By day 4 I was getting enough #water intake and I felt #amazing. This feeling is so hard to describe to others. When I first started I was focused on weight loss. I didn't think the other benefits could happen for me! Boy was I wrong. My favorite benefit is my #mood enhancement! I'm so #happy it is indescribable. I am my Why! Seems selfish right? Sometimes you have to work on you. I'm trying to be the healthiest me I can be. I want this #journey to be a #lifestyle #change not a quick fix. Thrive is my lifestyle change. I am finally filling the #nutritional gaps that my body needs. This is not a quick fix.
