4. In your works, is blood thicker than water or is the blood of the covenant thicker than the water of the womb? (Are familial ties or friendship ties more important?)

I don't know. I've never put the two in direct conflict in my writing so I've never really thought about it. I've written characters who are more closely tied to their romantic partners than their biological family but there's little tension there. I love writing about daddy issues and sibling relationships so familial ties are often very important to the narrative but as I said, I rarely put them in tension with friendship.

8. Favourite dialogue in your wip?

Have some of those daddy issues I was talking about.

I’ve protected you.’ Had he? Hal couldn’t be sure. Still, Hal gave Henry the answer he wanted to hear. 'Yes,' he said. Henry nodded, satisfied. ‘Then I don’t know what your problem with me is. I’ve always done my best for you and our family.’

12. What is the fashion like in your wip? Do you have any pictures saved of outfits your characters would wear?

I try to do historically accurate clothing and some clothes are based off manuscript images, portraits etc so I do have some saved pictures of outfits on my hard drive. I'm not interested in doing very detailed descriptions of clothing because I feel like simpler descriptions can be more effective than very detailed.
