How did we start labeling beauty from ugliness? It breaks my heart realizing the struggles people have with their looks. They don’t have their dream body, they compare it to the next person, or they want to alter it. How can someone state that they’re just not pretty enough? Where’s the self- love? Everyone of you ARE BEAUTIFUL. Remember, those assumptions of beauty were socially made. It was all created in a business mindset- not a mindset to make your feel less than. Imagine what it would be like to look in the mirror every morning and just think “Wow I’m a beautiful human” - you turn around, smiling, starting your day without that daily burden of not loving yourself but instead with complete gratitude & confidence. Wow! I’m not trying to say it’s easy to make the change & to get over your challenges. I understand it’s a struggle. I just hope for everyone & anyone with this conflict to try & realize how beautiful and flawless they really are. God created us in His image. I know we have different beliefs so this carries different weights, but be gracious for your life and to be able to live your life here on Earth free from that heavy weight. Don’t let you internal struggles take away the daily living experiences. I challenge you- write on your mirror “I am beautiful” or label affirmations around your home to remind yourself daily of the struggles you’re having, to note otherwise. Educate with other material: the Bible, articles, devotional, or books. It’s a process- but it’s worth the reward. I promise. ♡ #loveyourself #loveyourbody #selfimage #selflove #selflovejourney #selfimprovement #youreperfect #yourepretty #realbeauty #yourebeautiful #yourebeautifuljustthewayyouare https://www.instagram.com/p/CHsk73JL-O9/?igshid=q9uxzyx9hwb4
