I just learned John Flanagan had passed away on February 7th this year. I grew up reading his books and his series Ranger's Apprentice was a huge part of my childhood. It was his books that got me into reading, writing and history. I had practically fallen in love with the world he created. My condolences go out to his family and friends. I'll be forever grateful for his marvellous works. Rest in peace, John Flanagan, you will be missed...
