Feel like I'm slowly losing my mind in this fandom, I've never experienced a fandom as awful as this one. Like people purposely misunderstanding or ignoring the text just to prop up their ship.

Like it genuinely makes me feel like I'm going crazy, because istg I can read and understand what's on the page. But it makes me feel like I'm crazy when people purposely misunderstand it or deny it. Like these books are not hard to read or comprehend

Whenever there's a sunlight related prompt to Elain, Lucien, or Elucien, I'll be there! I love all the imagery associated with these two and sunlight - particularly Elain. In her earliest days of being fae, when she was lost in her grief and visions, it was sunlight she craved. I wanted to (attempt to) capture the peace and healing I think sunlight and nature will bring to these two. This was a lot more detailed than I normally do and I'm not really satisfied with it, but sometimes a posted "close enough" is better than a not posted "almost perfect."
