You know I never realized how annoying this fandom was because I was always on Tumblr talking about it, but seriously...if you breach containment, all you get is negativity and people who can't understand the concept of people having differing opinions.
I found myself pulling back from 9-1-1 after they murdered Bobby (RIP king) and I don't think that I can every find that spark for the show again. This week's episode and crossover just kind of cemented that for me. It genuinely feels like they are having AI scour fanfiction, stripping the buddie out, and calling it a script......I'm sorry but they're out supernaturalling us. They're taking us to superhell and sending us off with a "brother."
And it's not that serious, but like...it's not even a good show anymore. They've just given up on making a quality show.
I'm not saying I'm always right, but

I can't wait for them to never acknowledge that Hen and Athena went to space for the rest of the season.

Like.... realistically I knew there was no way we were getting buddie after Bobby died.
Delusionally....the signs are and will always be there. I fear I will put my tin foil hat on when season 9 begins just like I have for the last 5 years.

I am simply refusing to watch any of the Ryan/Oliver interviews until after the episode, because I know it'll piss me off even more if buddie isn't canon by 10pm est.
You don't GET IT, buck feels like everyone is tiptoeing around his back and not talking to him, but everyone feels like they can't talk to buck because buck isn't processing is grief at all.
Do I think buck is selfish? No. Do I think Eddie is also valid? Yes. But everyone processes greif differently and it's not easy, it's very hard and THIS. THIS, TIM, IS THE REALISM I WANT TO SEE.
I know realistically bodies are embalmed and shit before they're buried, but in s7* a swarm of bees caused two planes to crash, one of which athena was on and landed the plane (with the assistance of a child) on a LA freeway.......so if Bobby doesn't wake up in that godforsaken casket
*(the beginning of this very season actually. We have lived so many ridiculous unrealistic scenarios in such a short time)
