Anyway, I’ll still answer your question even though I’m not sure if you’ll ever got to read this. 

Yes, FEU Manila ako nagaaral. Well, first of, I’m not that sure about the professors today since there is a big change on the IARFA Faculty that started last year first semester. Four of the greatest (when I say greatest I’m not kidding they are ultimately the greatest) professors has been forced to retire early because of some new rule of CHED, I didn’t know the specifics but yeah. I don’t know the new professors now that much but I bet they are really good too. (sorry hindi ko yata masasagot itong tanong mo abt profs) 

Secondly, about the plates. Ok, I’m one of those students who tend to procrastinate and do a week-long plate on the day before the due. I’m just saying that being a fine arts student is like entering a battle field everyday. Yes, we don’t have much of writing exams, homeworks and other paper works. But we have our glorious plates. I tend to treat my plates as if I am entering an art contest every time. I always put my best effort (weh haha jk) because I don’t want to be the lowest in class. I know, it may sound hypocrite to hear but yes, I am one of those competitive students who really aim to be at the top. And no, I’m not at the top. Still, I’m aiming right? There will be people who are greater than you. But in the end, all you have to be is better than you were before. Plates are like tests. We need to enhance our skills and if possible do art everyday. Stay inspired and don’t ever let anyone tell you that you have no talent. Fuck them. Do your shit and do your best with your shit.

Anyway, just as long as you submit your plates and they don’t look like a total crap, you’ll survive fine arts. Goodluck, anon! See you around, or you’ll see me around because I don’t know you.

For the past few years, since the day that I’ve learned to download torrent (lol we don’t have cable yet years back), I have fallen deeply into different series which is mostly western (and english). So I thought why not make a post about this? I’m sure some people can relate to these.

#6 Breaking Bad

 So I haven’t finished this one yet. I started this series exactly 1 week ago and I’m currently on the final season. So far, all I can say was HOLY FUCKING SHIT. This series will bring you through a roller coaster of feelings and you’ll definitely would somehow unintentionally persuade you to do illegal things because it just looks so badass! 

#5 The Office

This series is just classic. I really can’t find the right words to describe how funny and great this series is. Watch it, and you’ll understand what I’m saying. ;-)

#4 Parks and Recreation

Okay, just like The Office, this series is just the bomb. Like really THE BOMB. The humor is not your regular comedy jokes. I put my hands up and down to the writers of this series. I could watch this series all day everyday and not even get bored with it. I fucking love Ron Swanson. 

#3 Sherlock 

Since I’m your typical nerd/geek, yep. Sherlock is my bae. Since this series only releases 3 episodes per season, they make sure the wait is worth it. So far Sherlock has three seasons and the fourth season will be aired on 2017. I watched the series four times now and I think I would hit 10 before the season 4 starts. I don’t know if I’m still alive or I’ll die waiting huhu jk. Anyway, if you’re into mystery, detective, and witty as hell humor, then maybe this series is for you too. 

#2 The Big Bang Theory

My first love. The first series that I ever downloaded to my old laptop. I can’t really tell how much this series means to me. I love it and maybe when I die, I’ll have all the DVDs buried with me to my grave. Years ago, this series has been my outlet on all of my nerdness and geekiness. Pure cleverness and wittiness is what I’ll describe this series. 

#1 GAME OF THRONES

OK DO I REALLY NEED TO EXPLAIN WHY GAME OF THRONES IS MY NUMBER ONE ALL TIME FAVORITE SERIES? HELLO IF I COULD ONLY MEASURE THE FEELS I HAVE FOR THIS SERIES THE ROOF WOULDN’T BE ABLE TO HANDLE IT. GAME OF THRONES IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL MEDIEVAL FANTASY SERIES, NO SIR. GAME OF THRONES IS LIFE. I WOULD BE WILLING TO SERVE GEORGE RR MARTIN FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE JUST TO ASK HIM THE ANSWERS OF THE THEORIES I HAVE ABOUT JON SNOW’S TRUE IDENTITY. MY LOVE FOR GAME OF THRONES IS AS BIG AS MY LOVE FOR LORD OF THE RINGS. GEORGE RR MARTIN AND JRR TOLKIEN SHOULD HAVE THEIR OWN CASTLES IN HEAVEN BECAUSE THEY DAMN WELL DESERVE IT. I CAN’T IMAGINE MY LIFE WITHOUT GAME OF THRONES I WOULD BE SO DAMNED. GAME OF THRONES IS LYF GAME OF THRONES IS THE REASON WHY I AND SEVERAL OTHER NERDS WHO HAS BEEN DEPRIVED SOCIALLY AND CHOSE TO LIVE IN A FICTIONAL WORLD LIVE. IF ONLY I COULD BE AT WESTEROS. 

Alrighty, I can talk about GOT all day, everyday but hey, I need to end this post. So that’s it! These are my top series and maybe I’ll post tons of other series I really love in the future. 

And oh, do I mention I love Game Of Thrones? HAHAHA jk

Oh hi there! I’ve been away for awhile (again) but yeah, I’ve posted long before that we decided to move to Mandaluyong City because my studio apartment is so tiny and all of our stuff just started to pile up, and it’s just not fun there anymore. 

Sorry if this will be a boring and kind of sabaw post, I just wanted to update here but I lack energy huhu I’m sorry you guys

Last July 25, we moved here in Mandaluyong (I will not tell the place but yeah, it’s kind of a known condominium community), and actually, I wasn’t really there during “The Move” because I have saturday classes so technically everything was moved when I got here. Anyhoo, everything on this place was just perfect. Not your typical boxed condo units, my brother got a good deal with this unit and I was really glad there is an “upstairs”. I need to share a room with my brother but the room was as big as my old apartment so it’s still great. The only thing is, we still haven’t got furniture. I literally mean that we don’t have any couch, a proper dining table, or even a mirror! I just think the move was so rushed that we hadn’t prepared to buy the basic stuff for the unit. Still, this place is way better than my apartment on Manila. I will not post pictures as of now because the place is a total mess with all the boxes and things still not arranged. Will probably do that once we got furniture. 

What I really liked about this place is that there are soooooo many cute dogs here. I mean, seriously, there are all kinds of dogs hanging around the pool area and the owners are kind enough for me to (sometimes) pet their dogs. hihi wish I could have one though. *crosses fingers*

To the person who always thought she’s being left out

No, this is not going to be a rant post. (well, okay maybe a little)

First of all, hello :-) Second, get your shit together.

There’s a big difference between being left out and excluding yourself. The basic rule of  social convention is to “engage” and share your interests with other people, especially those who you consider as friends. Your friends doesn’t carry an obligation to give you a special treatment and have them always to reach out to you first. It’s a give and take situation you see, if you express that you have concern or even care to a person, mostly likely that person would to the same to you. Bitchin’ about “how no one cares about me” when clearly you haven’t been a good friend yourself. 

Victimizing yourself and fishing other people’s sympathy doesn’t make you look unique and cool. No, you’re not “weird”, that’s another different story. You just have to reach out too you know.

Figured I should make a comeback post here on my “blog” as to what I’m up to in the past 2 months, so here it goes!

Irregular student, graduate on 2017

As I said on my last posts, I discontinue my studies on my current degree which is Advertising Arts (Fine Arts) last semester due to some major financial issue that hit our family. Anyhoo, I am now continuing my studies and hopefully graduate on 2017. Yes, I am now an irregular student which has not been a big of a deal to me since I really like talking and meeting new people. “Miss Congeniality” ‘ika nga. But, it has it’s own cons too, I tend to slack off more now that I have a really open and free schedule and I’m praying that this procrastination phase doesn’t last long or I’ll be screwed.

Unemployed again

Since I haven’t updated my blog for so long, I forgot to mention that I had a job that lasted for like a month. But then again, walang forever HAHA kidding. I just don’t like how the system of my boss and other things that I just have to let go of them. 

Goodbye, P. Noval

I’ve been living in our studio type apartment here in P. Noval, Sampaloc, Manila for almost 3 years and now it’s time to say goodbye. My eldest brother had a promotion and with that he got us a much bigger condo unit on Madaluyong for the three of us can all live together. It’s a great thing because I got to have more space for my stuff (which is a ton) and also, more facilities to enjoy, yet it’s 30-40 mins. away from my university, so yeah, bummer. Goodbye P. Noval. Goodbye, long sleep. Goodbye, basically every convenience a college student need. Hello, Mandaluyong! Hope traffic during rush hours doesn’t kill me. :-)

So yeah, that’s basically everything that’s going on with my life right now. How about yours?

My ridiculously On and Off relationship with this blog

Okay, I know I’m not the best blogger in town and yes, me being hiatus on tumblr is not really a big deal. 

I’ve been blogging for like a really long while now (let’s say that inabutan ko yung uso pa mga loveteam loveteam sa tumblr like porshe&happykevin lol). And I really have this thing that I don’t constantly blog. This blog has just been my outlet of rants and basically everything that I wanted to say but it’s 2 in the morning and everyone I know is probably sleeping. I always thought of deleting this account because it’s just so random, and really fucked up. You have rants, drama-ramas, life realizations, preaching about God, geekiness, and all of the other things rolled up in one blog. You just can’t categorize me. 

Still, here I am again.. tapping this keyboard like I’m some sort of writer writing her first novel. I’ve never been committed and I know I will never be. All that I’m saying is, it’s great at the same time really disappointing because I really wanted to record every single thing that I wanted to remember or even those things that I don’t want to remember but still would be awesome to back read and cringe a little. 

And now, I notice that after 2 months of not posting anything here, I still gain more followers, wow! Cheers, people! I feel so appreciated. Enjoy my not so normal life!

04282015 Surprise visit

I know this has been like almost a week late but still, it’s still worth blogging. 

I’m not a huge fan of cheesy and romantic surprises that’s been ridiculously a trend right now for couples. I’m not saying that I’m against it, I just think I’m contended on what we have.

 Anyway, relating to the title, last Tuesday afternoon like any other Tuesday afternoon that has passed, I was busy doing nothing at my apartment then SURPRISINGLY, the boyfriend called out of the blue. (Yes, there’s an emphasis on ‘surprisingly’ because he has a weird hate on calls. He just don’t like it. idk) I answered then he asked where am I, I said “sa apartment” At this point I was like ‘why the hell did he suddenly call for no apparent reason than to ask what I was doing and where am I’. Then there’s a knock on the door. I actually thought it was the landlord and when I opened TADA! There he is! My cutie potatohead smiling holding his phone in his ears. I may sound too shallow but that’s an extremely romantic thing for me. No, there’s nothing too special about that. But thinking that he took time to see me even though I know he’s a bit busy on his OJT program, that really tickles the friggin girl in me. 

Hi, Mr. Peanut, if ever you’re reading this, I’m now expecting a ton of surprise visits from you.. kidding! HAHAHA! You’re the best maaaaaaannnn

Hello! We’re 2 years andddddd *counts months in fingers* 7 months! (we don’t really count our months, they say malas daw yun idk) 

Tips? Ok I suck on these but here’s what I got from my own experience: 

Don’t ever count his/her flaws - If you really love someone, you’ll love the whole package. You’ll appreciate what he/she has. Yes, sometimes things get rough at kelangan mo na talaga ipoint out sakaniya yung mali niya, but then again, do it in a way na hindi mo siya itunutulak or jinujudge. Isipin mo, kung siya may mga mali sakaniya, don’t you think na meron ka ding mali but he/she accepted it anyway? 

Faith in God - Let me tell you a story first, the day that I said yes to him (to have a relationship with him), I said it infront of God. Hindi literal na sa langit ha. Dinala ko siya sa chapel ng FEU then I prayed really hard, I said to God; “Eto na po siya Papa Lord, I know everything you do has a reason. Bless nyo po sana yung magiging relationship namen. May you always guide us to right way and show us na you’re the center of our relationship” In our 2 years, na-experience naming mapalayo kay God, the result? sobrang daming away, misunderstandings, and we almost gave up on each other. What I’m saying is, make God the center of your relationship. Love someone who will drive you closer to Him than bring you to the darkness (literal and metaphorical). Sobrang laking part ni God sa pagiging strong ng relationship namen.

Let him/her breathe - I know these days many couples starts a fight just because the other one forgot to reply within 5 minutes. I call bullshit. Why? You’re in a damn relationship, that doesn’t mean you own him/her. I’m not saying that you shouldn’t care for each other, but my point is, you should give each other some space that lets each of you have your personal time. Hindi lang nareplyan dahil jumebs, hindi na agad mahal? Let him/her have time to breathe. Especially when you just had a fight, taking a small break away from each other really helps. But that doesn’t mean na you take a break then there you go flirting with some other person. Hay nako these people. 

Trust - Ayan, I know trust is super overrated but seriously, trust will hold your relationship together. You just have to trust your partner. Trust your relationship. Trust God.

My Saturday in bullets 04122015

Since he’s busy on his school works and such, we never really had the time to bond lately so he made it up with me yesterday, here’s how our day went in bullets! 

At around 10am he arrived in my apartment. I immediately hugged him despite my non-ligo, bagong gising, and basically-a-garbage look. 

We don’t intend to go on the event at SM Manila until later in the afternoon so we spent the day for a quality time and of course, our second favorite thing to do, watching movie! LOTR: The Fellowship of te Ring is on JackTV that time, and since we’re such a couple of geeks and I’m a huge Tolkien nugget, we end up having a really great time. My favorite person and my favorite movie, just add food and coffee and I’ll be in heaven. haha!

It’s a blazing heat outside and we really don’t want to go out just to buy food so we tried having a Mcdo Delivery through their online site but since my internet is such a piece of shit, we ended up walking through the flaming wrath of satan outside and bought foods on Tori Box. We also bought a half gallon of ice cream to reward ourselves on having the courage to go outside and damn, we really needed that ice cream. GLOBAL WARMEEEEHHHNGGGG!!

The BBQ flavored fries and ice cream made up for the sizzling heat that we experienced outside. Horaah for foods! Afterwards, I headed for a bath cause you know one thing you can’t give up do during summer? BATH. A GOOD LOOOONG BATH. Because that’s basically the salvation of every Filipino during summer and really, because we sweat like pigs. 

Around 3pm we head to SM Manila for a cosplay competition my boyfriend would join in to and I’m there to be his moral support companion and his personal achay. Haaay, girlfriend duties. HAHA! It paid off when he won 2nd place (because darn that cutie patootie batgirl cosgirl joke haha)! Oh, did I mention my boyfriend kicks ass at cosplay events? 

After the event, I bought some stuff at Papemerotti for our friend Ate Nicky because we’re going to meet her in like 10 minutes and I know she brought some goodies for us and I don’t want for us to be empty handed. And as expected, she has a bag full of Japanese foods and sweets for us! Damn that woman is really so sweet. I really hope she liked those things I picked for her <3

We had dinner at Big Daddy’s and then headed home.

 I really had an awesome day with him. It’s nothing special but with him, everything’s always perfect and fun! Glad I have such a great boyfriend and sweet friends in my life. =)

Josie Rizal  Tools: Photoshop CS6, Wacom Pen&Touch tablet approx. 2 hours

I made a fan art of Josie Rizal with a “suntukan nalang oh pose” because of all the issues about her. I just hope Filipinos’ just drop their peenoy pride and start realizing what an honor to have a filipina character on the new Tekken game. I grew up with two big brothers that’s why it’s not new to me to be into this kind of games and I can say that almost half of the characters there are not fully accurate on their nationalities. It maybe mean to say but most filipinos are just annoying and super butt hurt on these kinds of things. Open up your eyes and minds people! 

Anyway, I instantly fall in love with her once I heard the news that I have to join the bandwagon and do a fan art of her! Kudos to the concept art team, they really did a great job on her!

That time when you literally just went to a cafe for the free WIFI access.

Spending the night here in Manila because I have some errands to do tomorrow and my land lord decided to turn off the wifi of the apartment (he doesn’t know I’m here). I desperately need internet access, thus, me going to a ridiculously overrated cafe here in P. Noval just to check my social networking accounts. Desperate times calls for desperate measures hahaha!
