To say Shelley was excited to see Phoebe was an understatement, the word of borderline ecstatic would probably suffice much better. As soon as she heard the knock on the door she sprinted to the door before opening it to see her favorite Australian. No matter how long apart they had been from each other Shelley’s love for Phoebe had never faltered. “Pheebs! Wine, candy and my favorite girl? I feel like it’s my birthday and Christmas all snapped into one” she chimed before pulling her in for a big embrace. “How could I ever?!” She teased as she let go of her before leading her into the living room where their fun time could begin.

I have to say that Legacies is my new fix as I miss the supernatural kinda shows, and I did love The Originals so it’s great to see you working back there! How did it feel? Did it give you a bit of nostalgia to head right back into work?

Christmas is coming up and i am so excited but also i been debating getting a new puppy for a while now and honestly that is becoming more clear everyday that i am ready to add a four paw baby into my family, anyone else feels like they coul easily move into a big house and adopt all the animals in the world or is that just me?

You know that I am signing right up to be the first person you invite to get this puppy right? Because I feel like I should be! A few of my siblings don’t start their Christmas celebrations until after Thanksgiving, so imagine how absolutely appalled my sister-in-law was I was on the phone with her and she full government named because I had the audacity to be listening to ‘Christmas songs’ at the start of November. The song I had playing was Miley Cyrus’ Plastic Hearts but okay. I’m ready to get in the festive spirit I think, I just haven’t done anything about it yet. Maybe I need to watch some Christmas movies; the first movie I always watch is Krampus, because it’s creepy enough that it can be a belated Halloween movie, and it’s festive enough that it can be a Christmas movie. Then I’ll go all out Griswold family Vacation probably.

Wasn’t it just Halloween? No? Okay then, well I guess we’re onto Thanksgiving now. Trust me the whole switching holiday thing goes right over my head. But then again Plastic Hearts is my shit so I accept this, even if your sister didn’t haha! Okay now you mentions Christmas movies and I was thinking Gremlins but I must call you a very wise human being for thinking about Krampus because that’s the perfect in between movies! Does this mean I should start creating a Christmas movie playlist? I feel like I may be just slightly delayed on that.

Though sometimes I do hate adulting, let me tell you that I really love that part of being an adult. No one to tell you to stop chomping it down right? I like your advice though! As I should! Because that’s what makes this beautiful friendship so amazing Dyl! I can’t say I’d surprise you with how many costumes I have can I? Because it won’t surprise you but enough to last a while. And as the Christmas comes in that means more candy in the pantry for one serving a day, maybe 2 if I have a sweet tooth. Okay yes I admit I am a bad person for not sharing, maybe I was scared you’d take it all when I wasn’t working? But I will admit I do feel sympathy for not being the candy curer while you had the flu. How you feeling now though?

I think you can get away with keeping it going a little longer, at least until the holiday season officially rolls in! Or even after since Nightmare Before Christmas is a thing, yeah? I actually didn’t have all that much candy? I went to a party and drank quite a bit, mostly. Technically counts as a treat. Are these like those onesies? Because those do look rather comfortable! I’m with you, it’s always a touch maddening hearing the same song over and over if you’re not choosing it yourself. Do you have one you always have to listen to for the season though?

I am gonna try and string this out for as long as I can, or maybe even start dressing up as the guy from Nightmare Before Christmas and no one will question it right? Normally I may shake my head, but hey you went to a party and got drunk that always counts as a treat! They are! And the best thing to sleep in as I have found out first hand. Exactly, especially when it comes to shopping malls which I have mad respect for the employees having to listen to that all day long. I can say Baby It’s Cold Outside is always my first pick that I don’t get too annoyed by if it plays on repeat. What about you?

I can’t tell you how happy I am to hear something about Halloween, given I’m still very stuck in that time of year and frame of mind. I can’t jump from one holiday to the next, doesn’t work like that for me. I love the whole idea of Halloween, but being British, I never really got to experience it as a kid. I suppose being an actor has granted me that general experience. I’ll just live out the festivities through my daughter as she grows. It’s a really fun holiday, not nearly as stressful as Christmas can be.

You know what that means right? Us totally protesting to keep Halloween alive until at least Christmas Eve. I am in agreement with that, especially with the whole once Halloween is over we jump right into another holiday, it’s way to quick. Aw really? Well now’s the time to embrace all you can with it and celebrate through your daughter because I know that kids can also make a holiday insanely special! God yes, Christmas is stressful as hell and I don’t even wanna think of what Christmas shopping would be like during December.

They really can be, it’s so funny to me. I mean sometimes responses can be disheartening, of course. But for the most part they’re so funny. I’m still so happy with how that suit looks, honestly. I wanted to make sure it looked as comic accurate as possible and I’m just so happy with it. I’m doing really well, busy but really good! I just remember us acting like we were Power Rangers when we were practicing the scenes and Jeff and Eric just rolled their eyes hahaha! But what’s this I hear about a movie? That’s going to be so amazing!

You win some you lose some I guess right? But some of their comments are real hilarious, especially when it’s out of confusion but maybe that’s the little devil side of me saying that. That’s the best part, especially for the fans who loved the comics and knowing they won’t be disappointed with the suit is a great feeling! Ahh tis the season for busy-ness! Oh hell yes, because we got the opportunity to have a fight scene, we had to take advantage of it! Even if we got a couple of shaking heads from Jeff and Eric, you just know deep down they loved it, even if they didn’t admit it. Yes! I am extremely excited for the movie, and it’s all the fans pinning us to the wall dying for more and I could never disagree to that!
