I heard this question today during personal development - and it caused me to sit back and actually look at myself from a third party point of view. Would I follow myself? Am I the kind of inspirational example that others want to imitate or duplicate? Does my character resemble that of which is representative of someone who calls himself a leader? Why would people want to follow me? Why wouldn't they? It's such a REALITY CHECK ✔️ when you stop to think about it, and come to find out that you haven't been doing that you can to match your words with your actions. Create a rubric and grade yourself with honesty. List attributes of a leader and write either 1 for weakest and 4 for strongest next to each one. #AIM 😉 to be a 4 in ALL CATEGORIES!! Be the best you can be, and others will acknowledge it. WOULD YOU FOLLOW YOU? This weekend has been absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end! I want to recognize all of my family and team for making the sacrifices and decisions they did to make it to Chicago. Hearing from the farmers that control production of our soybean crops, and the confidence in our brand by the 17th U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Richard Carmona, really made this experience spectacular. My 3 biggest highlights: 1. My team. Being able to share my excitement with others that share my vision was by far the best moment of the weekend. 2. The love. There is such a powerful force of love and responsibility that is felt among the Herbalife community. To be received and accepted with open arms is a tremendous feeling. 3. The impact. You never know who's life you will touch and change. To hear from others you have never met before say that your life and actions has affected them through inspiration is why I do what I do.
