cant believe we live in a reality where getting a silly iced drink can set you back 7 dollars. it's like they want me dead

#my local coffee place raised prices recently (still just under the $7 mark thankfully)#but suddenly an iced latte is 25 cents more than a hot one?!?!#and i should have principles and refuse to patronize this place because that is seriously the goofiest thing i've ever heard #but it's the only place with a decent espresso machine near me so #i'm still grumbling abt it privately #never to the baristas!!!
