Listen. I LOVED Balance, but I really want to hear people talk to Griffin or whoever about Amnesty as often and in the same depth that they talk abotu Balance. I get that Balance was SUPER popular and groundbreaking and beautiful, but what about Amnesty?
I get that Amnesty wasn’t in 5e, so talking about it on like Adventuring Academy or with Critical Role people doesn’t make a ton of sense. But even in podcasts specifically about the dnd, they spend more time talking about storytelling and motivation and just role-playing.
I want to hear them talk about their choices in Amnesty and the love of WV/small towns and the challenge of doing a season just in one place/town.
This is my Amnesty love. I thought it was so sweet. The story was so in-tuned with HOW small towns work in a way that I don’t see a lot of. Especially in rural settings.
