I think that curse techniques are only "inherited" because the generational trauma that causes them keeps repeating within those families. (and just because someone faces the same experiences doesn't mean that they'll have talent as a sorcerer)

This would have saved Fushiguro. Gojo could have been the hero, if he were honest with himself.]
The ten shadows technique might develop after losing guardians, one after the other, there's grief and shadows and you're forced to adapt and become your own parent.
Resonance makes sense for Nobara, who felt the pain of others, related to them, despite the distance. How she grew up in the countryside but felt homesick for the city. Her grandmother likely felt the pain of long distance as well.
Kamo clan is harder to analyze since the most notorious event was actually done by Kenjaku, but Fushiguro even mentioned that blood manipulation is fitting for a clan so obsessed with bloodlines (paraphrasing bc I forget exactly, edit later it's in the exchange event arc).
and Sukuna’s CT of slicing and burning — it is heavily implied that Kenjaku did to Sukuna, what Sukuna did to the spirit which ate his finger in the detention center. This might develop his slicing technique. And the burning — going into the Ainu history, how they were displaced from homes burned away. Their tattooing technique involved slicing the skin and burning materials for the pigment. And the sound of metal like that is sacred... I rly do think he gave himself those tattoos with his CT, in a moment like Gaara (from Naruto), a heartbroken attempt to show himself love.
I think a similar thing plays into the Inumaki clan, with marks that resemble the style of Ainu tattoos (and even placement). Being forced to assimilate and hide their culture. Having their body modifications be criminalized, forced into hiding and almost losing their language. And since this violence has forced silence for centuries, of course that CT will appear through generations. There's also the way that Toge hides his tattoos constantly (though typically they were for women and beards for men, jjk is full of trans characters imo).
