Do you ever wonder how much you exist in other people’s lives? I’m always curious if people think of me when a certain song comes on, or when they pass through a certain town. Healthy relationships are about honestly and communication. Being passive aggressive isn’t usually helpful and can just hurt you and the other person.

People don’t always notice when they’ve upset you. People don’t always notice when you need help. They don’t always notice that what you’re saying isn’t what you mean and they shouldn’t need to guess and figure that out. Communicating directly and being honest about these things can really improve your relationships and make them more fulfilling.

I know being honest can be scary, but you can do it.
