LIFE UPDATE!!

I just wanted to give an update since life has been INSANE recently. So, the AO3 curse is real because last week, my car got broken into ;0; Literally the day I posted Chapter 18, someone broke my car window and took my friend’s backpack. It’s all good though! We’re all safe and we turned it into a funny moment, and my friend didn’t lose anything of value really (she only had some old Yu-Gi-Oh decks in there, decks she was planning on upgrading anyways). My window got fixed but I’m down a couple hundred dollars ;0;

BUT on the bright side, I got a new job! It’s a full time position in my career path, and I start next month :] It’s a bit of a drive from where I currently live, so I honestly might have to move out in the near future, but who knows!

So my life’s been a wild ride, but that doesn’t mean I’ve forgotten about you guys! I’m still writing but am finding less and less time to do so, but just know that I plan on finishing this story no matter how long it takes me. Again, I seriously want to thank everyone for all your support and patience. I love you losers to death <3

Chapter 18 is here, and with that we only have three chapters left!

With so little chapters left, I will be taking a break to catch up on both IRL things and with writing! These last few chapters will be longer than usual since I want to end the story in a satisfactory way, so I just need more time to give some special care to these last chapters.

I absolutely love your fic! everything is so teenage girl drama core with it absolutely blending how a real teenager lives through those things!

Jayce is such a well built character (the others as well!) but I'm a real sucker for that mexican guy.

Sometimes this story stresses me out SO MUCH but then I remember these people are SIXTEEN! and it seems they all live for the dramatics especially Viktor and his "throwing the USB to the river" such a teenage angst moment.

I can ramble about your fic for hours but long story short I LOVE IT!! I hope future chapters come out soon with the author taking care of themselves (obviously) THANKS FOR THIS STORY!!

i watched sooo many teenage drama shows and movies as a kid, but after growing up and experiencing the Horrors for myself, i've wanted to incorporate as much real-life teenage struggles in addition to all the silly ones :]

jayce is a character i am so, so fond of (jayce defender since day 1 babey!!) so it makes me so happy to hear that you like the way i've written him ;u;

i'm sorry to cause to so much stress ;0; and you're right, almost everyone in the fic are kids who don't know better than to live for the angst and drama, but that's the fun part about writing a story about teenagers ^^

Monday morning means new chapter! This one's a little slower and shorter than previous, but it's all in preparation for next chapter which is going to be a big one (aka, the fallout we were all expecting!)

i know it doesn’t get mentioned in the fic, but i have thought a lot about viktor’s apartment. i’ve mostly attributed it to be affordable housing for him since he’s an independent minor (tho i’ll admit my knowledge is a bit weak on how that works exactly), and he does work multiple jobs to pay his bills!

I also loved the part that said he was growing closer with mel and vik. Which felt like they were growing closer as a group!!
